With the right plan and the right discipline, you can get seriously shredded in just 28 days.
At age 62, "Big Bill" shares his wisdom to dominate one of the ultimate strength marks.
Follow these fit women we're crushing on for inspiration, workout ideas, and motivation.
From Apple Watches to paper-thin laptops, small sells. Which is why it’s ironic that so many dudes assume bigger is better when it comes to penis size. When fully erect, the average Johnson is 5.2 inches long, according to a King’s College London review. And according to the same study, 90 percent of guys have a member that falls between 4 and 6.3 inches when erect. That said, if you fall into the remaining 10 percent (because you’re smaller or larger), not all conventional sex tips and positions can provide the pleasure you and your partners crave.
That’s not to say you can’t have mind blowing sex, though; you just have to know how to use what you’ve got to your advantage. “A man’s ability to give a woman pleasure and even orgasm doesn’t depend on penis size,” notes Dr. Megan Fleming , a clinical psychologist and sex therapist. “Hands, mouths and toys are also great sources of pleasure that men can reliably count on. There are also ways to modify sex positions to make them more pleasurable depending on your size.”
To help uncover the moves and strategies that will make you and your partner never want to leave the bedroom, we asked Fleming and other top sex experts the best ways to have mind-blowing when you’re less endowed. Their tips are sure to make your sex life hotter and more satisfying than ever before.
Whether or not you feel self-conscious about your ability to pleasure your partner, it’s important to keep the lines of communication open. “Partners need to communicate about many aspects of their sexual relationship,” says Dr. Leora Manischewitz , a clinical psychologist and licensed sex therapist in New York City. “Pleasuring each other is not a given, rather something that two people teach each other. A woman may need a specific means of stimulation to achieve orgasm and a man may need a specific way of being stroked in order to achieve an erection. In the same way, the size of a man’s penis may be a topic for conversation. Lovers who respect each other will talk about this with openness and acceptance. They will discuss ways to work around it and work together to find positions that enhance pleasure for each partner.”
Once you’ve discussed any concerns with your partner, it’s time for the fun part: experimenting and finding what works best for you! One position that experts agree is sure to take both you and your lady on a wild ride: doggy style. “There are certain positions that enhance friction and sensations. For example, ‘doggy style’ with the man in the back and the woman on her knees in front of him, usually offers the woman intense sensation during penetration, especially if she squeezes her thighs together,” says Manischewitz. Fleming agrees that having the woman squeeze her legs together can make sex feel more pleasurable for both partners, adding “Rear entry is a good position for men who are smaller in size because it can allow him to reach her G-spot, which is about 3-inches inside the anterior vaginal wall.”
For a man with a small penis, sex is all about finding the best angles, Fleming tells us. “Definitely use your environment, furniture, and other props to find the best angles and depth of penetration for you and your partner. While doing standing doggy style, for example, try putting your hands on a chair,” says Fleming. Putting pillows under her hips when she’s on the bottom can also help you get deeper, creating the “full” feeling many women like, says sex coach and certified sexuality educator, Amy Levine . “That said, women primarily climax from clitoral touch. Try using a small vibrator on her clitoris while you thrust to boost sensation and pleasure. As she becomes more aroused her vaginal walls will tighten, making sex more pleasurable for you, too.”
The one thing you shouldn’t keep in your sex arsenal? Lube. “If she is naturally well lubricated, don’t add more. A little friction will increase sensation,” explains Fleming. However, be advised that if she’s dry, penetration may feel uncomfortable regardless of size. So you’ll want to focus on turning her on and getting her juices flowing before you start bumping and grinding.
If getting deeper inside her is what you crave, ask her to put her legs over your shoulders in the missionary position. “This allows for greater sensation and pleasure, notes Manischewitz. You can also try having her lay with her butt on the edge of the bed or couch, legs up. “When you enter her in this position it can maximize what you’ve got,” says Levine, adding “you basically want vaginal access without obstruction of other body parts.”
Another position worth trying is woman-on-top. “It’s one of the best strategies for a guy with a smaller penis, as it allows the woman to maximize her partner’s length and position him in a way that feels good to her,” explains Levine. “It also gives you (or her!) the ability to stimulate her clitoris—which is often needed to reach the big O.” To make sure you don’t slip out as she’s ridin’ dirty, have her rock and grind against you, rather than move up and down, advises Fleming.
No matter what positions you decide to try, know that extending foreplay will make sex more enjoyable for you and your partner—and not only because it builds arousal, which as Fleming explains, is key to having more intense orgasms. If you’re self-conscious about your size or your ability to please a woman, fooling around (and bringing her to orgasm) before going all the way can help take the pressure off during the main event.

Tracey Cox, the UK's leading sex expert, gives her top tips on getting the most welly out of a small willy...
The tighter you are, the more you'll grip a smaller penis, so do your Kegels daily. Your pelvic floor muscles are the same muscles you use to stop peeing - if you can feel your muscles squeezing your finger, you're in good shape. If you can't, you soon will be! Contract and relax the muscle, 25 times, twice a day to begin with.

When that feels easy, work up to 50 repetitions. When that gets easy, start holding the muscles for 3 seconds a time. Once you're at this point, which should only take a few weeks, you'll notice a HUGE difference during intercourse.
Put one or two firm pillows underneath you while he's on top. It alters the angle of the vagina, making it seem tighter. Try missionary with your legs closed rather than wide open - the closer your thighs are together, the tighter your vaginal canal will be, so  you'll get way more pleasure.
Don't make intercourse the main event. This will take the pressure off both of you. Most women find it difficult reaching orgasm through intercourse alone anyway, so focus on oral sex sessions and all the other ways you can reach orgasm that don't involve penetration for maximum pleasure.
Get him to thrust hard and deeply. If his penis is smaller than average, he can usually thrust harder and deeper than those with a larger penis, so don't be afraid to get him to add more power to his thrusting.
Choose deep-penetration positions or positions where your vagina is 'closed'. Rear-entry, girl-on-top but leaning backward - anything which alters the slant of the vagina and 'closes' it up a little will make him feel larger and increase friction.

Not super well-endowed? Don't worry—with these positions, you can still feel like a porn star
According to a 2015 study , the average penis length is 5.16 inches. If your penis falls short of that benchmark, then you are statistically on the smaller-than-average side. For most people, it's not a dealbreaker. In fact, studies have shown that women don't care that much about penis size in the first place. To quote the old adage, it's not the size of the wave, but the motion of the ocean that matters. And if you know the best sex positions for guys with a small penis, you'll be in really good shape.
Nonetheless, if you have a smaller-than-average penis, you still might feel insecure about it. “Some men make the mistake of comparing themselves to porn stars—the Olympic athletes of sex—and that just isn’t realistic,” says Holly Richmond, PhD , Somatic Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. "In my therapeutic experience, most women do not talk about wanting a man with a big penis. They talk about wanting a man who is good in bed. That means someone who is communicative, takes his time, and is attentive to her needs."
What’s more, if you know how to work it, you can use your smaller penis to your advantage. “Anecdotally, I’ve actually heard that men with small penises are better in bed because they make more of an effort,” Richmond says.
If you happen to be a little less than well-endowed, here are 10 sex positions to get the most bang for your buck (pun very much intended).
If you have a small penis, "as a general rule, you want to go for any position that facilitates deep penetration, so that you can utilize the entire length of your shaft,” Richmond says. That's why Doggie Style is a great option. "It’s not too complicated, gives you a great rearview , and you can reach around to provide her with extra clitoral stimulation. You control the speed and pattern of your thrusts for maximum penetration and pleasure.”
This position is great for guys with a small penis because it’s less about “in and out” penetration, and more about "wiggling" around while you're inside your partner. It also allows for kissing , nipple play , and heavy petting.
You can consider wearing a vibrating cock ring with this position, explains Ian Kerner, Ph.D., LMFT, sex therapist, and author of She Comes First . “If you deep thrust with a vibrating ring you'll be providing intense clitoral stimulation with your thrusts, which will compensate for lack of cervical stimulation,” he says. (FYI: You can find a list of our favorite cock rings here !)
For The Little Dipper, your partner uses either a bed, couch, or chair to hoist their body over you. You then insert your penis into your partner’s vagina or anus—whichever you both are feeling! If done correctly, you should be in a T-shaped formation.
This position allows for both deep penetration and easy access for clitoral stimulation, Kerner says. “The clitoris is the powerhouse of female pleasure,” he adds. “The vagina has far fewer nerve endings than the clitoris, which is only intermittently stimulated during most standard intercourse positions.” That’s why positions that allow for clitoral stimulation and deep vaginal penetration are ideal for people with a smaller penis.
There are numerous cowgirl variations that you can check out here . It’s tough to recommend just one for men with a smaller penis, because it depends on how small your penis truly is, along with its angle. See if regular cowgirl is getting the job done. If not, try switching to squatting cowgirl , which allows for deep penetration, manual clitoral stimulation, and G-spot stimulation.
Also known as The Bicycle, Stand and Deliver allows for incredibly deep penetration. Stand at the edge of a bed or desk while your partner lies back and raises their legs to their chest. Their knees are bent as if they're doing a "bicycling" exercise. From there, grab their ankles and enter them.
This is another position that allows for both deep penetration and manual clitoral stimulation, Kerner says.
Elevated reverse cowgirl is just a simple variation on the classic reverse cowgirl. "To maximize penetration, place a pillow under your hips,” Richmond says. “So you’re laying on the bed or floor, and they’re sitting on you facing away." Why does this work? “The extra elevation in your hips will make the experience feel deeper to them .”
This one is great because it allows you to use your partner's leg as leverage. “Have your partner lie on floor with one leg extended straight. Kneel between their legs and raise their other leg straight up so it’s resting on your shoulder. Keep ahold of their leg as you enter, and use it to push and pull on as you thrust in and out,” says Richmond.
“Sit on the side of a couch and have your partner sit on you, but with their legs facing either right or left rather than straight ahead. This will cause their hips to drop slightly more than in normal cowgirl, and give you the extra penetration you’re looking for,” Richmond suggests. You can either use your hands to lift their hips up and down, or, if you’re sitting down low enough, they can use their feet to push off the floor to create momentum.
“This is perhaps the most maximum penetration position out there. Have your partner lie on their back and pull their knees up to their chest and roll back so their hips lift off the floor,” Richmond says. Then you can scooch up in front of your partner and penetrate. If your knees permit, you can actually squat next to them with your knees moving outside of theirs, Richmond adds. It's an awesome position because their hips are elevated and you can control the force of your thrusts. To ensure their comfort, make sure to do it on a carpeted floor or couch.
Have your partner lie on their stomach with their feet squeezed tightly together. To help with penetration, have them put a pillow underneath their pelvis. “Lie on their back and enter from behind. Because their hips are in a position that’s more closed than open, there will be greater friction created on their vaginal walls ,” says Richmond. The tighter they squeeze their legs, the more friction and pleasure you’ll both feel.

If you had to list all of the traits you're looking for in a male partner, it might read something like, "awesome sense of humor, sexy smile, and a shared love of tacos, hiking, and Ozark ." Penis size is pretty low on the list of must-have characteristics.

Still, plenty of men fear their penis size is below average. So what's that defined as? "In the sex-positive world, we like to use a broader spectrum for penis size," says Amy Baldwin, sex educator, sex and relationship coach, and co-host of the Shameless Sex Podcast . "We consider the average penis size in the U.S. to be about four to six inches in length when erect. So a penis of below-average size could be anything less than four inches."

It also bears noting that different people prefer different sizes and fits, says Baldwin. "Penises and vaginal canals come in all different shapes, lengths, and sizes," she notes. "Someone with a smaller vaginal canal may be happier with someone who has a smaller penis."

If your partner's penis happens to fall into the "smaller" category, there are plenty of moves that will maximize your pleasure.

If you're a vulva owner, most of the nerve endings you want to hit during sex are located externally — in the clitoris, labia, and first inch of the vaginal canal, points out Baldwin. "Beyond that point, there are generally fewer nerve endings, with the exception of the G-spot and cervix, but those points respond more to pressure," she a
