The HNC-RSR3400 is specifically designed for desktop class pickup and install situation. Featuring high speed, high accuracy, different work load setting with range between 1-6kg, it can be widely applied in electronic, medication and food industry.

HNC Scara robot is sepecially devoloped as small assembly line robot for desktop pickup and installation applications. It adopts independently developed control technology, cleverly uses the performance of servo motor performance, featuring with large travelling range, high accuracy, high performance, multiple levels of load from 3kg to 6kg and various working radius from 400-700mm. HNC Scara robot has the advantages of high speed, high performance, high precision, small size, flexible movement and low price. The first and second axes in series are similar to the human arm, which can quickly locate and orient in the plane, and can be extended into the limited space and retrieved after operation.It can be widely used in the field of medical drugs, laboratory automation, consumer products, industrial products, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, packaging, semiconductor, electronics and other industries. 
Besides of assembly, HNC Scara robot can also be used for  handling，sorting and other applications. It can be reused with only one investment of low cost.
Using high-precision and high-rigidity harmonic reducer which can be used for several decades. The reducers of famous international brand such as Shimpo and SPINEA make the robot work stablely after using for a long time.

Using low-speed ratio high-precision reducer with ultra-fast cycle time and its fastest cycle time can be up to 0.35S
4. High integration
The built-in signal line and the air pipe of the main body are plug and play, no complicated wiring is required, and the internal cable has no slip, and the fault-free rate can be maintained for a long time.
5. High precision
Except the use of high-precision harmonic reducer, the imported high-precision ball screw ball spline is also used, and the end repeat positioning accuracy is reaching ±0.01MM.

The control box for HNC Scara robot combines the funcion of control and drive. It is much lighter and smaller compared with other control box for robot.

When the assembly materials are loaded disorderly, with the visual system, HNC Scara robot can quickly and accurately grasp those materials and put them to setted location.
