Years ago, when I first came to tumblr, it surprised me what a rich, beautiful and kinky community tumblr had. And then, last month, Apple tossed out the Tumblr app out of their app-store on all iOS devices because of this - and it was only then tumblr reacted. It was only then Tumblr cared enough to actually do something serious about this. And now they’re tossing out adult content completely.
They’re saying they want a better tumblr, for more people to enjoy? It’s a slap in the face to anyone that enjoys adult entertainment, for content creators and for people that like to explore their sexuality. It is killing so much freedom what brought so many people together in the first place. Censorship is killing the internet and the freedom of speech, and Tumblr is already one foot in the grave.
I want to thank all of my wonderful followers. I met so many fantastic people. Kinky, crazy, and above all, just people. Ordinary people that came here to share a fantasy. As many have noted, there are big problems with displaying images on the site.
The source of this problem is tumblr.com.
Obviously, they decided that my site was no longer acceptable and they set up specific rules so that tumbex users no longer have access to the contents of tumblr.
It's unfortunate, I loved tumblr, that's why I created tumbex. Using tumblr with an easy, clean and efficient interface was my goal. Because to be honest, their interface is really to be reviewed (otherwise you would not be here).
It is therefore with great sadness that I announce that you are living the last moments of tumbex, it was a great adventure, and a big thank you to all those who have followed me during all this time!
