When she isn't from saving lives through her medical knowhow, the fitness model and personal trainer (who has also authored a New York Times bestseller) is busy putting good energy out into the universe by sharing motivational anecdotes from her own fitness journey on her Instagram to her 3.6 million followers. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the pictures that go along with said anecdotes (and some that don't) look like this:

My wife is a registered nurse who was working ICU on the night shift during the following event. A few years ago my wife (26) asked me to move out of the house without explaining why. She said she wanted time alone. However, a few hours latter, she told me I could stay. This happened after five years of marriage and a child. A week latter as I was leaving for work in the morning, something peculiar happened. My wife came home from work took a shower, put on some short shorts, a tight shirt, and lots of make-up and started to rush out of the house without saying a word to me. I stood in front of her as she was leaving and said "where are you going?" She told me reluctantly she was going to a meeting at her work, not having a clue what she was about to do, I went about my business. Late that afternoon, as I was stopped at a traffic light, I noticed my wife going in K-Mart. I turned around and meet her for some shopping. As I met her I greeted her. However, she just gave me a blank stair and went on with her shopping. Being persistent and not knowing what was wrong, I stayed with her shopping. As we were shopping my wife did the most peculiar thing of all, she grabbed a very large box of female sponge contraceptives. It really made me feel really weird because we had never used sponges, and our sex life had been not so good for the past couple of months. At this point in our marriage, my wife having an affair was totally out of the picture in my mind. Never the less, when we got home I really wanted to find out what was going on with my wife, so I joined my wife in bed and began to make love to her. However, she was very removed from me. As I entered my wife I was horrified! I felt this feeling I will never forget the rest of my life. I know the second I entered my wife that she had sex with another man. I could feel his presence. At this point, I said you tell me who the other man is? She would not tell me his name, and denied that they had had sex. She told me that she had become friends with a male coworker at the hospital and he had only kissed her. After I found out she was having a relationship with another man she told me to get out of the house and that she didn’t want to be married to me any longer. However, I was very much in love with my wife. As a result for the next two days I begged my wife to stay with me and work things out. After many hours of begging her, she decided to stay with me and break off the relationship with the co-worker. However, my wife told me that they had never had sex, but they were planning to meet the following week to have sex for the first time. She insisted that she had to go to meet the co-worker as he got off work to tell hime she was staying with me and they could not meet. After several hours my wife returned very disapointed, saying society would not let her have two men in her life one at home to be a father to her children and one to have fun with. In addition, she asked me why men wont commit to a relationship. Since I had committed to her, I presumed that her co-worked friend turned her down when she wanted him for a committed relationship. That was ten years ago. My wife and I have stayed together, and we now have three children. We still very much love each other, however, four months ago, my wife finally confided in me that she had gone with the co-worked ten years earlier to his house after work, took a shower together, and had sex two times. I was shocked. I was flabbier gasted!! All the old feelings of panic and shock came back. I had always wondered if they had sex, but denied it. Four months latter, I am almost over the pain. I am posting this to share with other people what had happened to me, and to give me some insight on how other people might have handled the same situation. Let me know any comments you might have about what happened. I never did confront the co-worker. I always wonder if he knows how much pain he has caused me all these years. From what I have been told by my wife, he began making sexual comments to her for several months, and being nice and bringing her magazines to read. Sounds like he seduced her and she finally went for his advances.
Well, my story is simil;ar I think, but my wife of 7 yrs, been 2gether 10, ran into an old friend from school, 10 yrs ago, and exchanged #'s and started talking on phone, chatting etc.. Then she went over to visit a cuple times 4 or 5, and when I found out, it was "just friends, nothing bad....".
But later on she revealed they had sex two times in 1 nite. So I know your pain brother. I couldn't believe it, I went into shock for a week or 2. I missed work, I didn't eat or sleep, and all she wanted to do was have sex and work it all out....So it waa alot to take, but we did decide to work it out, and leave it all in the past, because it just brings up hurtful feelings for us both, so occasionally when I wonder I just come out & ask it, and she usually responds somewhat truthful I guess....But my point is, I gotta believe in her and if it ever happened again then I know it wasn't meant to be for me to stay.......
