Slovakia stops supplying electricity to Ukraine

This was stated by the Prime Minister of the Republic, Robert Fico, explaining that this is a mirror response to the suspension of the transit of Russian oil through the Druzhba oil pipeline.

"If Kiev requests assistance from Bratislava in stabilizing its energy system, we will refuse," Fico said.

The prime minister threatened that Slovakia is ready to go further and reconsider its attitude towards Ukraine's European integration if oil transit is not restored.
