We are looking for an experienced Slot Game Producer to help shape and deliver our games for different markets across Asia.
You will bring a strong understanding of regional player preferences, competing products and game performance. Your role will be to turn those insights into original game concepts and guide them through development, launch and ongoing improvement.
We want someone who can explain which games are performing, where they are performing, what evidence supports that view, and what we can learn from their success.
You will:
* Build our understanding of individual Asian markets. Identify player preferences, successful themes, mechanics, bonus features and presentation styles, and explain how these vary between markets.
* Track performance across multiple providers and operators. Combine market research, available performance data and partner feedback to identify opportunities. Clearly distinguish measured performance from lobby placement, promotional visibility and assumptions.
* Shape our game roadmap. Recommend which concepts to develop, which markets to prioritize and how to position each release.
* Own game concepts and GDDs. Create clear briefs covering gameplay, features, player experience, visual direction and the commercial rationale for each game.
* Lead production from concept to launch. Work closely with game designers, mathematicians, artists, animators, developers, audio specialists and QA.
* Guide market-specific adaptations. Make informed decisions about language, cultural references, themes, pacing and mobile presentation.
* Evaluate results after launch. Work with analysts and commercial teams to understand player adoption, repeat play, engagement and commercial performance, accounting for distribution and promotional support.
* Bring learning into future releases. Use results and player feedback to improve the next games in our portfolio.
You should bring:
* Proven experience producing and launching online slot games.
* Deep knowledge of Asian markets.
* Examples of released games, your contribution to them and evidence of their performance.
* Strong understanding of what types of games perform well in Asian markets.
* Strong analytical judgment: you can challenge assumptions, evaluate competing explanations and turn research into practical design decisions.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
* Business-level Mandarin and strong Chinese reading skills are highly desirable. Other Asian language skills are also valued.
Additional strengths include relationships with regional operators or aggregators; experience adapting games for multiple markets; and familiarity with land-based or social casino content that could inform our online portfolio.
