Sleepy Sounds Support

Need help with Sleepy Sounds? We are happy to help.

How do I play a sound? Tap any tile on the Sounds tab. Tap more tiles to layer several sounds into a mix.

How do I adjust the mix? Open the Mixer tab to set each sound's volume, remove a sound, or save the mix for later.

How does the sleep timer work? In the Mixer, choose 15, 30, or 60 minutes. The mix gently fades out and stops on its own.

No sound? Make sure your device is not in silent mode and the volume is up. Sleepy Sounds keeps playing while the screen is locked.

Privacy: Sleepy Sounds collects no data.
