So first off. You get what you pay for. This product is actually pretty great and it's description is accurate. For two somewhat small, cheaply constructed motors this actually provides quite a lot of vibration, and it is indeed quite relaxing. However the drawbacks are evident.As mentioned the plastic construction is cheaply done. it works but I know this wont work the same for years. within an hour of use there was noticeable change in initial performance. You can tell this device is not built to last. But for what it does in its price range it's not a bad deal. Just wish it was built with sturdier materials and also was a bit more powerful. it also emits quite a bit of noise
This item is perfect for the person who is used to falling asleep in an adjustable bed with vibration. Whenever I would travel, I would miss this vibration. I was very happy to find this portable unit to take with me to hotels. I used it on a recent trip and it worked exactly as I'd hoped. It is nowhere near as powerful as the unit on my bed at home, but that's not surprising as this is a much smaller little motor. However, it vibrates enough to give me the sense of the vibration through the mattress and helps me to fall asleep. I take the time to review my purchases because I know I rely on these reviews myself when I make purchases blindly on Amazon. I hope you have found my review helpful.
I am a long time sufferer of RLS. I had all but given up then I heard about how vibration may help. Truly thought to myself, really, seems like that would make it worse! Last night was the first night in almost 20 yrs I have not had some level of RLS that kept me up half the night. I was a little worried as it almost seems like fighting fire with fire but it worked. It takes me no less than 3-4 hrs to fall asleep and am lucky to get 1-3 hrs before RLS flares again. I was asleep before the timer clicked off and when RLS hit again throughout the night, turned it back on and was out! UNBELIEVABLE! It has only been one night but that night was worth a thousand and look forward to the upcoming weeks of sleep! This is absolutely strong enough under a thick hybrid mattress. I was a little worried after reading other's reviews. This is not meant to massage your body directly but put in-between the mattresses for an overall soothing body vibration. Think I have been saved from a life of no sleep!
I'm 79 years old & have severe neck & back nerve pain due to collapsed vertebrae. I installed the two vibrators under the 3" memory foam pad on my mattress & found that by setting the vibrators in the constant-mode for 30 minutes it transmits enough vibration to relieve pain enough for me to obtain sleep. This product is a real blessing but it would be nice if the remote had a 'repeat' button on the last mode setting !!
OMG I got this not because I was feeling any pain or discomfort per se, but because I live in an apartment & I was feeling vibrations under my bed (neighbors) & I couldn’t sleep. This thing is WONDERFUL!!!! It is so simple to use you can set a timer, the longest you can set the timer for is 30 minutes which is the only drawback. Other than that love it; I bought the additional warranty to just in case.
I wish The unit would stay on for longer than 30 minutes. If it were just a little bit more jiggly, it would be perfect. My mattress is very sick, so I don’t get the full jiggle I was looking for. I really like this product, and I really recommend it. When I put my grandson for a nap I put him on my bed now and it puts him right out.
mine broke and the company is off line,The warranty will be gone by the time they're back on line. Bummer.
I was really looking forward to this product even with the mixed reviews. Our adjustable bed with massage had to go into a different room, and I really missed the massage feature. I have a deep, separate mattress topper and was able to put the massage unit between the bed and topper. I don’t feel the unit at all, the topper smoothes it all out. The massage on this is way better than one that came with a bed on the frame! My wishlist would be a 30 minute massage timer instead of 15 minutes. Locking cables into the massage unit. I had to plug the wiring back into the unit several times due to shifting. Other than that, it was the best buy I have made in 2019!

After a year spent in quarantine where self-care was more essential than ever, I officially dubbed 2020 the year of the vibrator.
