A teenage rapist forced himself on a girl while she was asleep but then refused to let a friend do the same because it was 'technically rape'.
Jamie Leppard, 19, was found guilty of attacking the 18-year-old victim after she passed out at a house party he hosted while his parents were away.
A friend of the victim, who had drunk 'everything from vodka, Malibu, Bacardi, beer and wine' at the party, filmed the rape on a mobile phone and the footage was later passed onto police.
Prosecutor Nina Ellin said the friend had begun recording after finding it funny that the victim was 'drunk and wobbly'.
Miss Ellin said: 'Her friend described her as very drunk and wobbly as she walked.
'About five minutes later she decided to go upstairs and record what was going on, thinking it might be funny.'
She burst into the bedroom shouting: 'Oi, oi'.
The friend saw Leppard, of Wainscott, Kent, on top of her friend and said 'Oh ****'.
As she filmed them, two other friends at the party Tommy Conway, 18, Harry Ludlow, 20, ran into the room.
Conway jumped on top of Leppard while he was having sex, Maidstone Crown Court heard, before he and Ludlow imitated Leppard's motions and made groaning noises.
As clips were shown to the jury, Miss Ellin said: 'The important thing to look at is when you see her face she is clearly unconscious or out of it, or passed out - or just asleep.
'Her head is back and she is not reacting, even with three men on top of her. You will hear laughter. She was lifeless. That must have been obvious to Jamie Leppard.'
The friend then went downstairs but reflected on what she had seen and went back, the court was told.
Leppard was still having sex with the victim while Conway was lying near them. The latter said: 'Man, give me a turn' as he fiddled with his trousers, jurors heard.
Leppard was found guilty of attacking the 18-year-old victim after she passed out at a house party he hosted while his parents were away. He will be sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court in Kent (pictured) next month
Leppard then stopped having sex, saying: 'No way. She is asleep innit. F****** a girl that's asleep innit, that's technically rape.'
The trio then left the victim naked and face down on the bed following the attack in March last year.
Her friend later told the victim she had the mobile phone footage. The horrified young girl asked to see it and then contacted the police.
Leppard denied rape, claiming that the girl consented to sex.
It is the second time he had been on trial. In the first, in March, he was cleared on one charge of raping the victim but the jury could not reach a verdict on a second charge.
Ludlow, of Rochester, Kent, admitted one offence of sexual assault.
Conway, of no fixed address, denied two offences of sexual assault, but was convicted.
The three will be sentenced at the same court next month.
