2. Location and User Input

Atmos does not collect precise device location data.

Weather information is retrieved only when a user manually searches for a city name. The searched city name is used solely to display relevant weather data and is not stored or associated with any individual user.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

Atmos uses the OpenWeather API to retrieve weather information.

• Requests sent to OpenWeather may include:
• City name entered by the user
• SkyAlert does not integrate:
• Advertising SDKs
• Analytics tools
• User tracking technologies

4. Local Data Storage

To improve performance and enable offline access, Atmos may cache weather data locally on the user’s device using a Room database.

• Cached data remains entirely on the device
• No cached data is transmitted to external servers
• Users can clear app data at any time via device settings

Atmos does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Because the app does not collect personal information, it is suitable for users of all age groups and complies with Google Play’s Families and Children policies.

6. Data Security

Atmos does not store sensitive or personal user data.

All network communication with third-party APIs is conducted over secure HTTPS connections to protect data integrity during transmission.
