Для удобства поиска районов катания, подъемников и горных вершин на общей схеме катания горнолыжного курорта Валь Гардена, все эти названия в данном тексте написаны по-итальянски. Все они связаны между собой по средствам горнолыжных трасс и подъемников. Единый для всего региона ски-пасс - Dolomiti Supers Skipass, позволяет кататься во всех этих долинах без каких-либо ограничений. Область катания в Валь Гардене можно и следует рассматривать как единое целое. Хотя первоначально может сложиться впечатление, что каждый из трех курортов расположенных в долине обладает своим собственным районом катания. Широкие и более крутые трассы, пролегли по просторному и очень солнечному плато. Сразу после снегопада все трассы сливаются в единое целое, так как любители прокатиться по целине буквально раскатывают практически весь склон Seceda. На залитых солнцем террасах многочисленных ресторанчиков можно вкусно пообедать или выпить кружку глинтвейна. А в качестве бесплатного бонуса прилагается потрясающий по своей красоте и монументальности вид на окрестные горы и главную вершину Валь Гардены - Sassolungo. Из всех трасс хочется выделить особенно длинную километровую трассу La Longia от Seceda до курорта Ортизеи в некоторых справочниках ее длинна указана как 9 км, на баннерах расположенных непосредственно в районе катания - 10,2 км. По средине зимнего курорта Валь Гардены расположен поселок Сан Кристина. Из всех трех поселков, которые находятся в долине - он самый небольшой. На самом плато Monte Pana , уютно расположившимся прямо под громадой вершины Sassolungo , находится зона катания для начинающих. Простых и учебных трасс здесь совсем мало и они расположены лишь в самом низу этого района - со стороны Сельвы, поэтому с самой вершины Ciampinoi рекомендуется спускаться только уверенным в своих силах лыжникам. Именно здесь проводят занятия для начинающих все местные горнолыжные и сноуборд школы. Впрочем, несмотря на это Sella Ronda доступна также и для туристов, проживающих в Сан Кристине и Ортизеи. Это происходит благодаря тому, что все три поселка, а также все районы катания, расположенные в Валь Гардене , очень хорошо и продуманно соединены друг с другом в единую систему. Туристы проживающие в любом из трех поселков в Валь Гардене - Ортизеи , Сан Кристина или Сельва , без особых проблем могут перемещаться по всей долине в любом направлении и посещать любые районы катания. Это происходит благодаря хорошо оснащенной транспортной системе - такси, автобус и даже небольшой участок подземного поезда Val Gardena Ronda Express в Сан Кристине , а так же грамотно спроектированным маршрутам горнолыжных трасс.
