Skill Requirements

OWNER SKILLS :

1. Have a high leadership spirit, have an attitude, understand boundaries.

2. Can provide a good example for the team and members and can guide other admins.

3. Must master at least 2 divisions other than the main division.

CORE SKILLS :

1. Has extensive knowledge to channel creative ideas for events and squads.

2. Can adapt to all members well and enliven the dorm.

3. Wise when there is a problem and able to straighten out problems quickly and can hold 1 side division other than core.

MPPS SKILLS :

1. Can represent other party squad events.

2. Can look for partnerships according to the provisions.

3. Adhering to the schedule when there is a need for work.

PFP SKILLS :

1. Diligent and punctual in collecting formats and adhering to schedules.

2. Understand how pfp works, have lpm and pfp bots.

3. Willing to be active during agreed working hours.

SFS SKILLS :

1. Active, responsive and understand the sfs work system.

2. Willing to look for channel subscribers with a specified number.

3. Diligent, intentional and not negligent in carrying out tasks.
