Privacy Policy

This policy applies to SizeUp (Android package size.up.battle515), a free application provided by HOTA TOV.

Information and local storage

SizeUp works fully offline. It requires no account, makes no network requests, and has no advertising or tracking. We do not collect or share data through the app. Favourites, saved comparisons, quiz progress and the onboarding flag are stored only in the app's private SharedPreferences on your device. Nothing you do in the app is transmitted off your device.

Permissions and third parties

The app requests no user-visible permissions and does not collect location information. It does not use third-party advertising or analytics services.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the app removes its locally stored data. If you contact HOTA TOV directly by email, your correspondence may be used to respond to your request. You may request deletion of that correspondence at info@hota.help.

Audience

The app is intended for users aged 13 and older. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children through app use.

Security

Local app data remains on your device in the app's private storage. Please protect access to your device. No security system is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
