Ситуація на кордні з країнами ЄС та Молдови стабілізується

За інформацією прикордонної служби, – ситуація на кордні з країнами ЄС та Молдови стабілізується та зменшується завантаженість потоку громадян для перетину кордону.

В умовах гуманітарної катастрофи, яка виникла внаслідок військової агресії росії, українські прикордонники разом із колегами з суміжних країни роблять все можливе для пришвидшення проходу всіх біженців із України та не створюють жодних перешкод для перетину кордону.

Міністерство внутрішніх справ спільно із Українським урядом розробляють дієвий механізм пришвидшення перетину кордону іноземним громадянам, які виявили бажання покинути територію України.

«В умовах російського вторгення на територію України, Міністерство внутрішніх справ продовжує активну співпрацю із дипломатичними представництвами та консульствами іноземних держав, для того щоб їх громадяни були в безпеці та змогли як найшвидше повернутись до своїх країн», про це заявив Міністр внутрішніх справ Денис Монастирський.

Також Міністр внутрішніх справ України зазначив, що україна робить все можливе для перетину кордону іноземними громадянами, у тому числі студентів, та дотримується всіх законів та норм міжнародного права, під час оформлення громадян на виїзд з України.

Слід враховувати, що останні декілька днів ситуації на кордоні була занадто складною, тому в умовах війни росії проти України та гуманітарної кризи, що сталася, керуючись нормами міжнародного гуманітарного права, пріоритет пропуску надається для жінок та дітей, для всіх інших громадян, спрощена процедура оформлення документів для перетину кордону.

Для подальшої стабілізації ситуації, державна прикордонна служба України та Уряд України робить усе для покращення прикордонної інфраструктури для максимального пришвидшення пропуску біженців через державний кордон.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is doing everything possible to speed up the registration of citizens, especially those leaving Ukraine, in the conditions of war with russia and the emergence of a humanitarian catastrophe.

According to the Border Guard Service, the situation on the border with the EU and Moldova is stabilizing and the congestion of citizens to cross the border is decreasing.

In the context of the humanitarian catastrophe caused by russia's military aggression, Ukrainian border guards and colleagues from neighboring countries are doing everything possible to speed up the passage of all refugees from Ukraine and do not create any obstacles to crossing the border.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the Ukrainian Government, is developing an effective mechanism for speeding up the crossing of the border by foreign citizens who have expressed a desire to leave Ukraine.

"In the context of russia's invasion of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs continues to actively cooperate with diplomatic missions and consulates of foreign countries to ensure that their citizens are safe and able to return to their countries as soon as possible," said Denys Monastyrsky, the Minister of Internal Affairs.

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine also noted that Ukraine is doing everything possible for foreign citizens to cross the border, including students, and complies with all laws and norms of international law when registering citizens to leave Ukraine.

It should be taken into account that the last few days the situation at the border has been too difficult, so in the context of russia's war against Ukraine and the humanitarian crisis, in accordance with international humanitarian law, priority is given to women and children; for all other citizens the procedure for drawing up documents for crossing the border has been simplified.

To further stabilize the situation, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine and the Government of Ukraine are doing everything possible to improve the border infrastructure to speed up the passage of refugees across the state border.
