sugar mixed with coconut oil is a really good exfoliator, the smaller the grains of sugar the more gentle it is on your skin (makes it rly soft if used before and after shaving) :))

There's no gentle way to say it, so here it is: if you're trans, you can probably expect your world to change--if it hasn't already.

oooo - is that like something i can make up en masse in advance or will it have a short shelf-life?
It has a good shelf life, but coconut oil can cause acne breakouts
Regular olive oil or sunflower oil is actually healthier for you. :x
i have naturally fairly dry skin but i’m not sure if thats a pro or a con in this case.. xD
Mm if your skin is dry, coconut oil can be ok (if you go for the stuff that’s liquid at room temperature), but it is a very heavy oil that can clog pores if you have slightly smooth/oily skin. Which is what leads to breakouts. ^^
Experiment with different stuff is my best suggestion! :D What I normally do for legs is 1 part olive oil 1 part sugar and a few drops of vanilla extract. After you shave legs, you rub it in, rinse it off with warm water and then shave with a cheap disposable razor. Your legs will feel like they are made of clouds and you will scrape this funny grey gunk off the first time you do it.
I suppose that can work for face as well, though I use a regular otc exfoliator ^^
oooo i will definitely give that a go i want my legs to feel like they are made of clouds!!
Who doesn’t want legs made out of clouds?!?!
aka “I’m a 22 year old newb and needed to find some resources”. Here’s what I’ve found so far that has really helped me! Lots of these are youtube tutorials; I find it more helpful to see someone doing it rather than just reading about it.
