Adam Sisman is an award-winning writer, editor, historian and consultant, specializing in biography. His latest work, The Indefatigable Asa Briggs, is a companion to his two earlier full-length biographies of the historians A.J.P. Taylor and Hugh Trevor-Roper: in each case the first books on their subjects, based on extensive archival research.
Adam Sisman (born 17 March 1954) is a British writer, editor and biographer. He received the National Book Critics Circle Award for his second book, Boswell's Presumptuous Task.
