I bought two of these cables one was a usb-c and lighting (iphone) cable. I haven’t tried the usb-c yet but the iphone cable worked for a few minutes and then I couldn’t get it to acknowledge my phone so it’s useless. It’s what happens when you use a product that isn’t apple. This is something you might want to address, the idea and concept are great if they work.

Hi there,

It’s been 5 months since I sent the message below where I mentioned that I was sent only 2 of the ordered 3 Lightning cables, and neither of them worked. They also looked very different and much more fragile from what was advertised – unlike the USB-C cables in the same order which worked and looked right.

You responded that I would get three cables sent to me when the next campaign started. When will I get these three replacement Lightning cables?

I just received my cables and tested them out but they did not work. I assumed that they needed to be cut for the first use. I did that and tested them again and they still didn’t work. I noticed the sharp ends inside the parts that come off are not cutting through into the wire to establish a connection. The directions do not say anything about manually doing that so I was wondering if something is wrong with my product or there is something missing in the directions. Please let me know. Thanks

Haven’t received my order. They don’t responds to e-mails… Managed to get them via fb msg. I asked for tracking. When they replied, they said they were looking for a way to give customers tracking. Then, they didn’t follow up. After repeatedly contacting them to request tracking, they said they were trying to find a way to ship to my country. I asked them why I was allowed to purchase via my address if shipping hadn’t been possible to my address. I’ve not heard back from them. What’s going on?

Hi. Just seen the update. You say your shipping agent can’t ship to certain countries. You should tell us what they are so we’re not left guessing.
