Simone Biles is sharing tons of pics from an epic girls' trip she recently took with some of her closest friends to a tropical destination, and I am getting serious FOMO looking at her pics spending time by the pool , at brunch , and soaking up the sun in so many cute bikinis. And the Olympic gold medalist's latest pic had her posing in the pool at the hotel she was staying at in a cute bikini and sun hat, showing off her super strong legs in a pretty one-leg pose that took some serious balance and strength.
"work hard, travel harder," she captioned the pic .
Her fiancé Jonathan Owens commented, "VIEWS 😍." And Another fan wrote, "This shot is everything 🔥🔥🔥 #magazineready ." While another follower truly nailed it: "my lil water flamingo 🦩."
Besides traveling, Simone, 25, has been busy with the launch of her new collab with Athleta Girl , which she co-designed and "can’t wait to see girls inspired and empowered by it."
And business aside, she's also gotten back to her gymnastics training post-the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, she shared with ELLE Spain in an April 2022 interview. (She was also the mag's cover star.)
Simone previously shared with Women's Health in 2016 more about what her Olympic training entailed.
"We swam twice a week—almost a mile!" she said . "I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run. And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week. If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello."
To fuel herself, that means eating to fuel her intense workouts. "I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym. For gymnasts, in particular, [tracking] can lead to health problems and eating issues, so I just eat what I know I can and should." If she's cooking at home, she usually makes "pasta, chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill," she said recently.
At the moment, Simone is more focused on healing her mind and body after Tokyo . She shared, "I have struggled with anxiety, pressure, and mental health issues over the years. To achieve a happy, strong and flexible mind, you have to change your philosophy of life at a deep level. It is a daily workout."
And she also has been doing lots of therapy, which she shared has taught her, "Resilience, to have more courage, to say no, to examine myself and reflect and raise my voice for myself," she told ELLE Spain .

Simone Biles looks happier and stronger than ever in a brand new photo dump on Instagram.
The Olympian, 24, flashed her toned legs and butt in bikinis in every shade of the rainbow.
Simone previously told Women's Health that she does some pretty intense cross-training during her five- to six-hour days at the gym.
Simone Biles is enjoying a well-deserved vacation—and posting all about her beachy adventures over on Instagram. The gymnast, 24, just showed off her sculpted butt and strong legs in a brand new bikini photo dump, and she looks so happy and relaxed.
Simone's pastel suits are on full display, but all her seven million Instagram followers could focus on was her glow. "Enjoy girl, you deserve it ❤️🔥🙌🏽," one user commented, while someone else added "living your best life!! As you should!! 🔥😍."
"Livin bikini loca," Simone captioned her first snap , which shows her (and her washboard abs ) posing in a white bikini:
Next , Simone twirled on the sand in an orange, one-shouldered swimsuit:
Then , her six-pack was back again in a pink bikini and a black bucket hat.
She looked extra glowy behind a palm tree:
And she ended her vacation snaps with one last pic in the waves that's all sculpted booty:
(Oh, and if you're envying Simone's bright pink suit, you can grab a super similar one right here ! Thank me later.)
Clearly, Simone's Olympic-level training helps her look so strong—so, what are her gym go-tos? For starters, the gold medalist told Women's Health that she usually spends around five or six hours a day working up a sweat. But she's not spending all her time on the balance beam.
Simone also said that cross-training is a key part of her routine. "We swam twice a week—almost a mile!" she explained, before the 2016 Olympics. "I swore I was going to drown, it was so hard, and then we would run."
"And the year before that we would bike 10 miles outside once a week," she added. "If we didn't bike, we would run a mile before practice, and as soon as we finished the mile we'd have to go inside and do a beam routine. My legs were absolute jello.”
Simone shared that leg strengthening exercises are her favorite “because those exercises come pretty easily to me.” (Obvs!) “I have good, powerful legs, so I can do conditioning and they won't be too sore,” she added. But, she's not really into abs workouts.
As far as her Olympian diet goes, Simone said she doesn't overthink her meals. “I do not track anything,” she told Women's Health. "I eat what I feel good with and try not to overeat or stuff myself because I'm always at the gym.”
Her breakfast is usually a quick bowl of oatmeal or some fruit, and she admits that "I've never been a coffee drinker." Then, it's off to a.m. practice, where she drinks plenty of water and sips on a protein shake to help her muscles recover.
Lunch might be takeout or a quick meal Simone whips up herself. "If I cook, though, it's usually pasta, or chicken or salmon in the air fryer, oven, or on the grill," she said. For dinner, she tends to order out. "If I'm feeling like a little bit of a less healthy meal, I get pizza or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken," Simone shared.
"I really like home restaurants that are in the area because I feel like I get to be closer with them. I'm not picky. I'll try any new restaurant."
And for dessert, Simone bakes. "I do bake chocolate chip cookies myself and whenever I do I usually make s'mores cookies," she told WH . "I put a graham cracker at the bottom, marshmallows and chocolate on the top, and then I wrap it in cookie dough and bake it. That's my favorite cookie to bake."
