Sign In to Matrix with Your Chainsim Number

Chainsim Support

Use your Chainsim Number to access Matrix securely.

Before you start: have the wallet that holds your Chainsim Number ready.


MOBILE — ELEMENT X

1. Install Element X

Open the Chainsim Matrix sign-in page (https://chat.chainsim.io/) on your phone.

If you don't have Element X yet, download it from the App Store, Google Play, or F-Droid.


2. Sign in to matrix.chainsim.io

Open Element X and tap “Sign in to matrix.chainsim.io”


3. Connect your wallet

Choose the wallet that holds your Chainsim Number: “Connect TON Wallet” or “Connect Base Wallet”


4. Choose the number

Choose a Chainsim number from the NFTs you own


5. Confirm your Matrix account

Select the displayed account and tap “Continue” to finish setup.


6. Start chatting

Your chats will appear in Element X. You are ready to use Chainsim Messenger.


DESKTOP BROWSER

1. Open Chainsim Messenger

Go to chat.chainsim.io and click “Sign in”


2. Choose the homeserver

Enter matrix.chainsim.io as the homeserver, then click “Continue”


3. Connect your wallet

Connect the wallet that holds your ChainSIM Number. Select the ChainSIM Number you want to use


4. Approve and continue

Review the access request and click “Continue”. Then confirm your Matrix account and click “Continue” again


5. Choose your display name

Enter the name other people should see, then click “Continue”

DONE — YOU CAN NOW CHAT !


QUICK HELP

  • No Chainsim Number appears? Connect the wallet that holds it.
  • Wrong account? Choose “Use another account” and reconnect the correct wallet.
  • On mobile, use Element X.
