Novus Tech Solutions is actively expanding our engineering division. We are seeking a highly skilled and functionally sound Siebel CRM Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to lead advanced CRM transformations. If you are deeply technical, functionally fluent in customer service lifecycles, and have hands-on experience integrating AI agents into enterprise systems, we want you on our team.
📌 Role Overview
In this remote position, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and deploying state-of-the-art CRM architectures. You will act as the bridge between technical execution and business value, ensuring that our systems deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Your primary functional focus will revolve around building comprehensive Customer 360 profiles and optimizing PQRS (Peticiones, Quejas, Reclamos y Solicitudes) management to elevate service resolution and compliance.
⚙️ Core Technical Requirements
* Platform Mastery: 3 to 5 years of strict development experience in Siebel CRM, with direct exposure to the latest capabilities of Siebel Version 25 (including continuous release features, modern open integration, and the Redwood UI framework).
* Database Architecture: Deep technical proficiency with Oracle DB 19c, encompassing schema design, complex SQL execution, and performance tuning for high-volume enterprise environments.
* Applied AI & Autonomous Agents: This is a strict requirement. You must have real-world experience deploying AI frameworks within the Siebel ecosystem. This includes utilizing the Siebel AI Framework, integrating OCI AI Services, and embedding generative AI for use cases such as auto-summarization, sentiment analysis, Multimodal AI processing, or intelligent automated service routing.
* Modern Integration: Proven ability to build out headless CRM architectures, leveraging modern RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and integrating Siebel with external agentic workflows.

* PQRS Lifecycle: Demonstrated ability to architect and refine complex PQRS workflows, ensuring accurate SLA tracking, automated case assignment, and strict regulatory compliance.
* Customer 360 Strategy: Functional expertise in aggregating disparate data streams to create a unified, real-time, and actionable view of the customer.
* Business Alignment: Strong capability to analyze business rules, map them directly to Siebel's out-of-the-box functionality, and minimize technical debt through smart configuration over customization.
