They also do lovely fresh cocktails - we had vegan pina-colada and watermelon mojito. We came back here a couple of times too as we liked it a lot - very relaxed atmosphere. Vegan options are clear, which makes things easy! Some of the best vegan sushi I have had. There were many options of sushi to get that could be combined. They also have vegan cocktails such as pina colada. They do offer some non-vegan milk, so just be careful. The seating is outdoors so there is a great atmosphere. Went there based on the good reviews on happy cow and was not disappointed. Everything is really fresh and clean. It was very good and we had enough. Juices were also good. They had put care into the vegan options. We had the Buddha bowl my favourite and the vegan sushi. Tried the Rock'n'roll sushi plate and buddah bowl So much more than just a juice bar, their menu is huge! We had the nigiri and the California roll, both with vegan salmon. The California roll was my favourite, the spicy mayo added such a great creaminess to the bite. The vegan caviar was a bit of a let down. For dessert we had the Ferraro Roche pie which was amazing. This dessert had an amazing balance and really did remind me of Ferraro Roche. I just wish we were in town for longer so we could have tried some of their bowls. After that it will be all vegan. The covered outside seating is fabulous for watching the world go by and meeting people. Everything I had was delicious, especially the raw lemon tart and elixir juice. They have just opened for the season and with Euro pricing, so I will share the menus here. The sushi was delicious. They speak English and the outdoor seating area is super cozy. Be aware that not all the sushi is vegan, but they can make small modifications to fix that for you, if you ask explicitly. In order to be fully vegan you have to order some pieces without mango mayo and cream cheese. They have a lot of nice options but the rice didnt seem like sushi rice.
