I hate that you feel this way. I know how not loving yourself feels. I have to fight to love myself every day. I was you at 15. Now 30, I still feel like that 15 yr old who hates how she looks no matter how much I am told Im beautiful. What I have learned over the years is to accept myself for who I am, how I look, and how much I weigh. I look back at pictures thinking why did I feel ugly because I wasn't. I found affirmations help and never stop figuring out who I am as a person. I have no other pieces of advice other than your not alone in your feelings and it's okay to feel down. Be thankful for the good days. Recognize the bad day and know they will pass.
