- Customs Inspection

Customs inspection is an administrative law enforcement measure by the local customs to physically examine packages, and neither we nor the delivery service provider has the right to interfere. If a package is subject to inspection, you need to patiently wait for the customs inspection results, and we will also follow up on the inspection progress in real time. Meanwhile, customs release does not necessarily mean that the package will be safely delivered, as some countries may conduct a second inspection on packages that have already been inspected.

- Declarations Requirements

The declared value is related to the price of the goods. Generally, customers are advised that the minimum declared value should be 30% of the total value of your goods, with the maximum not exceeding $135. Meanwhile, the system will recommend a filing range for the declared value to customers, and customers can fill in the declared value according to the prompts we provide. It should be noted that the declared value of packages destined for Canada cannot exceed CAD 20.
