A woman who was bullied for her 'man body' as a child has revealed how she's set to go under the knife again to achieve OOO breasts after spending £320,000 and 'nearly dying four times' in a bid to have the world's biggest chest.
Sheyla Hershey, 41, based in Brooklyn, New York, will transform her 32K breasts into OOO-cups after having breast expanders fitted in her chest filled with saline, reported The Sun .
It will be the reality TV star's 39th breast operation, despite warnings and concerns because she would rather 'die happy with huge breasts than be sad and unhappy.'
Sheyla, who aims to look like Dolly Parton, had her first surgery of liposuction at 20 years old and a year later her first chest procedure, after being told she had a 'man's body' for years because of her slender 5ft 3in frame and B-cups.

But her vanity has come at a price, with Sheyla saying she's nearly died four times from two near-fatal infections following cosmetic surgeries and two suicide attempts after suffering from depression.
In 2005, she says an infection nearly killed her after liposuction and rib removal surgeries, then when she found she was pregnant four years later, she was told she had to reduce her implants.
But while she was at first happy to sacrifice her chest for her daughter, she soon developed post natal depression and struggled with her appearance.

In her darkest moment, she tried to take her own life.
Sheyla, who insists she 'doesn't regret' reducing her cup size for her now 12-year-old daughter, says she almost died a third time after trying to increase her breast cups once again in 2011.
She contracted a 'life-threatening major infection' following the operation and was forced to remove her implants.

The loss of her fake chest again caused her to try and take her life for a second time.
Sheyla currently has K-cup breasts but hopes to break a Guinness World Record with the help of custom-made expander implants from Germany, which will increase her chest to OOO. It's unclear who currently holds the record.
She'll travel to Columbia to have them fitted next month (costing her $150,000), and then, for the next two years, the expanders will gradually be filled with saline fluid.

That will take the court interpreter's total spending on her chest to $450,000 over the last two decades.
Commenting about her plastic surgery addiction, the mother said: 'Some people have an obsession with the gym, mine is to have the world's biggest breasts.
'I've fantasised about looking like Dolly Parton for a long time. I love her body and have tried to look like her – now I've got much bigger breasts than her.
'I am concerned about my upcoming surgery because I'm opening Pandora's box again but I'd rather die happy with huge breasts than be sad and unhappy,' she admitted.
Sheyla, who grew up in Vitoria, Brazil, and is part of the Plastics Of Hollywood talent agency, was teased by bullies from the age of 10 for having 'no shape or curves'.
The mother insisted: 'I was determined to change my body and look beautiful, so that no bully could ever tell me I was ugly ever again and that's what I've done.'

Her first surgery was liposuction at 20 years old, which followed being told she had “a man’s body” for years and her 5ft 3in frame bulging to 14st 2lb (200lb).
One year later, Sheyla had the first of 38 operations to her chest to transform her B-cups into C-cups after her Dolly Parton-obsessed ex encouraged her to look like the star.
After falling in love with the Jolene singer’s appearance, she developed a dangerous addiction to plastic surgery that she claims allowed her to break a world record with her MMM-cup boobs.

When she discovered she was pregnant four years later, doctors said she needed to reduce her implants from 6,500cc to 1,000cc to ensure her daughter would survive childbirth.
Sheyla said: “At that point, my boobs went from below my chin down to my stomach – they were huge – and because I have a tiny torso there wasn’t much space for a baby to grow.
“I could have kept my implants but my daughter might have been born with a birth defect, so I sacrificed them.
“Doctors didn’t want to take the chance so they told me I could keep my breasts and have an abortion or get rid of my boobs.
“I chose her life over the size of my chest and a promising TV career with contracts all over the world.
“I was really happy after she was born but then I developed postnatal depression and struggled with my appearances because I didn’t have breasts – I was in a very bad place.
“I couldn’t look at myself in the mirror for months, I cried a lot because I had lost so much of myself and, in my darkest moment, I tried to take my own life.”
Sheyla says she “doesn't regret” reducing her cup size to have a child but the decision left a void in her life that left her longing for more surgery.
She added: “My daughter’s 12 now, so I’m living my life again now and going back to who I am – the crazy girl with the big breasts.”
Sheyla nearly died for a third time after trying to increase the size of her chest once again in 2011.
She contracted a “life-threatening major infection” after an operation, which meant doctors had to remove her implants, leaving her flat-chested with “saggy skin”.
Due to her body needing time to recover, Sheyla was refused surgery for a year and during that time became depressed and tried to take her life for a second time.
She said: “All I had was lots of loose, hanging skin and for me, that was a big issue, at the time I genuinely felt like I wanted to die without my breasts.
“My boobs were everything to me and the only way I got better from depression was after I got my breasts back from more surgery.”
Sheyla currently has K-cup breasts but hopes to break a Guinness World Record with the help of custom-made expander implants from Germany.
Next month, she’ll fly to Columbia to have them fitted and then, over the next two years, the expanders will gradually be filled with saline fluid.
The injections will pump up her breasts into gigantic OOO-cups, which will cost a hefty £108,000 ($150,000).
That will take her total to a mind-blowing £320,000 ($450,000) spent altering her appearance over the last two decades.
Sheyla said: “Some people want big cars, houses and jewellery, I just want the perfect body and to make myself the way I’ve always dreamed of being.
“I will have the biggest boobs in the world, nobody will beat this achievement and it will be the biggest accomplishment of my life.”
In preparation for her OOO-cups, Sheyla’s hired a personal trainer to help strengthen her back muscles for such a heavy weight on her chest.
She also expects to find it even harder to buy clothes in normal stores because even now she’s forced to buy XL tops and have them tailored.
Sheyla said: “It’s very difficult for me to find anything that fits my chest and when I’m looking for bras I can only find Js and Ks, which are too small.
“They don’t cover my entire breasts, which means they are always bouncing around or popping out - I’d go outside braless if I could.”
Away from her plastic surgery ambitions, Sheyla works as a court interpreter and jokes that her future breast op could put her job at risk.
She said: “Judges will find it impossible to focus on the case without looking at my giant breasts.
“I can cover them up in the courtroom but everyone knows about my big bust, people talk about them but I don’t care because they make me happy.”
During Sheyla’s operation to give her OOO-cups, she will also have two ribs removed, 360 liposuction and then the fat injected into her hips, as well as a tummy tuck.
She said: “For me, the focus is on my boobs and having big hips, I want to be a gorgeous bombshell just like Dolly Parton.”
