I raced quarter midgets as a kid from 1958 to 62, my Father was a dealer for RaceCraft quarter midgets, Continental engines, and Solt speed equipment. I can't tell you what brand of midget you have, but can say its from the late 60's to late 70's, because of the roll cage, and the brand of wheels.
