ok i've been shaving down there for a while, and i have these bumps on the bottom part of my dick at the bottom of the shaft, and well they have been there for like 2 months now and i dunno how i can get rid of them...i figured it was just razor burn, but they arn't going away. anyone else have this happen, have any advice on how to get rid of them. maybe see a doctor about it? i always get them on that section between ur stomach and my dick but these are just grose on my dick.

Ingrown hair. ALWAYS SHAVE WITH THE GRAIN.
I shave down there also. Let the hair grow back for 6 weeks to basically give the skin a break from the shaving. Then take a shaver or beard trimmer and shave the hair as low as possible. I use hot water and the Gillette Mach 3 Turbo when I shave and use a good shave gel. After I use aftershave I treat the area just as I would my face. I use to get bumps and irritation and shave 1 time per week every Friday for the Pu$$y I'm gonna get on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and it lasts just fine during the week!!!
Don't shave it bald - just use a #1 size razor. Shaving it bald causes these bumps as the hair is trying to grow back/push up through the skin. The more you shave it bald, the faster its going to grow back and the MORE THICK it's going to grow back also.
im thinking of buying a personnal groomer ie. similar to a beard trimmer and shaving with that, will that help reduce irratation and razor burn? anyone have any feedback?

Don't shave with a razor too often. You'll just get sore/irritated skin. Use a hair trimmer set to 6mm or so every 14 days or so. About a day after shaving with a razor, the skin will be rough (that is hair will be sticking out again) again anyway...

Unless you are a virgin, go to the doctor. It is possible that you have contacted HPV.
By the way, it is a myth that shaving makes hair grow back thicker.
