Sharp rise: Lithuania estimates how much fuel has risen in price

"Over the past week, average gasoline and diesel fuel prices in Lithuania increased by 0.9% and 1.6%, respectively," the Lithuanian Energy Agency (LEA) reported.

It is noted that this was influenced by the rise in oil prices due to events in the Middle East.

According to LEA, on March 2, a liter of gasoline in Lithuania cost an average of 1.47 euros, and diesel fuel — 1.64 euros.

"With the rapid rise in diesel fuel prices, the difference between diesel and gasoline prices in the country is increasing — it currently stands at 0.17 euros per liter and is the largest since the beginning of 2023." #social
