The 64-year-old “Basic Instinct” icon gave her 3.2 million followers something to talk about — once again — Sunday night when she shared a spicy snapshot on Instagram.
The ageless actress posted a topless pic — posed simply in a green bikini bottom with a matching a towel draped over her shoulders.
“Gratefully Imperfect on a Perfect Day ,” she happily captioned her saucy post.
The photo had the “Casino” Oscar nominee laughing poolside and rocking sunglasses and silver necklaces.
Fans loved Stone’s gorgeous photo, which inspired a host of her Hollywood peers to comment on her lewk .
“Legend!” raved “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” icon Lisa Rinna, 59.
Comedian Whitney Cummings, 39, declared her an “I C O N,” while actress Joely Fisher, 54, simply said: “Haute .”
“And like a goddess, she laughs at the mortals ,” model and fellow aging positivity activist Paulina Porizkova, 57, chimed in.
Other users applauded her for showing off her body at her age, with one fan exclaiming: “Embracing our aging bodies is difficult. Thank you for showing us that we are beautiful no matter our age or what life has done to our bodies. We are still beautiful and amazing. .”
“I don’t see one single imperfection, Queen! ,” another fan gushed.
Stone got candid on social media about her fertility last month, noting she suffered nine miscarriages over the years. The losses were a result of autoimmune disease and endometriosis.
She opened up about her story in a show of support for “Dancing With the Stars” pro Peta Murgatroyd, 36, who in June revealed that she underwent three pregnancy losses .

Stone — who is the mother of three sons — commented on a post about Murgatroyd. “We, as females don’t have a forum to discuss the profundity of this loss,” the Emmy winner said.
“I lost nine children by miscarriage,” Stone went on. “It is no small thing, physically nor emotionally yet we are made to feel it is something to bear alone and secretly with some kind of sense of failure. Instead of receiving the much needed compassion and empathy and healing which we so need.”
She concluded, “Female health and wellness left to the care of the male ideology has become lax at best, ignorant in fact, and violently oppressive in effort.”

Sharon Stone has never been one to mince words about her dicier experiences in Hollywood. Her upcoming memoir, “The Beauty of Living Twice,” publishing on March 30, promises to be a juicy a tell-all, and Vanity Fair has an exclusive excerpt from the book, in which Stone talks about her experience making Paul Verhoeven ’s psychosexual thriller “ Basic Instinct .” It’s probably best known for a brief full-frontal nude scene featuring Stone uncrossing her legs, but in the memoir, she said she was misled about what the scene was actually going to be. She said she didn’t know her genitals were exposed in the movie until a screening filled with agents and lawyers.
“That was how I saw my vagina-shot for the first time, long after I’d been told, ‘We can’t see anything — I just need you to remove your panties, as the white is reflecting the light, so we know you have panties on,’” Stone writes. “Now, here is the issue. It didn’t matter anymore. It was me and my parts up there. I had decisions to make.”
Stone also recalled confronting Verhoeven about the scene afterward. “I went to the projection booth, slapped Paul across the face, left, went to my car, and called my lawyer, Marty Singer. Marty told me that they could not release this film as it was. That I could get an injunction. First, at that time, this would give the film an X rating. Remember, this was 1992, not now, when we see erect penises on Netflix. And, Marty said, per the Screen Actors Guild, my union, it wasn’t legal to shoot up my dress in this fashion. Whew, I thought.”
She added, “Well, that was my first thought. Then I thought some more. What if I were the director? What if I had gotten that shot? What if I had gotten it on purpose? Or by accident? What if it just existed? That was a lot to think about. I knew what film I was doing. For heaven’s sake, I fought for that part, and all that time, only this director had stood up for me.”
In the excerpt, Stone also alleged that a male producer once tried to convince her to have sex with her co-star, though she didn’t name either man. “He explained to me why I should fuck my costar so that we could have onscreen chemistry. Why, in his day, he made love to Ava Gardner onscreen and it was so sensational! Now just the creepy thought of him in the same room with Ava Gardner gave me pause. Then I realized that she also had to put up with him and pretend that he was in any way interesting,” Stone wrote.
She added,” I’ve had other producers on other films just come to my trailer and ask, ‘So, are you going to fuck him, or aren’t you? … You know it would go better if you did.’ I take my time and explain that I am like the nice girl they grew up with, and get them to recall that girl’s name. This leaves us all with a little bit of our dignity.”

Sharon Stone has said she was tricked into not wearing underwear while filming her 1992 classic Basic Instinct .
Stone was nominated for a Golden Globe for her role as serial killer Catherine Tramell in the hugely successful film. In her new memoir The Beauty of Living Twice , she opened up about the moment she found out she had been lied to about the extent of nudity captured in the film.
Stone said a member of the production team on Basic Instinct told her to remove her underwear during a famous scene in which she crosses and uncrosses her legs, showing her vagina to a room full of men.
The actress said she agreed to remove her underwear for the scene as she was told her vagina would not be visible in the shot.
Stone said she only found out that her vagina was clearly visible when she was summoned to watch the film “with a room full of agents and lawyers, most of whom had nothing to do with the project.”
“That was how I saw my vagina-shot for the first time, long after I’d been told, ‘We can’t see anything – I just need you to remove your panties, as the white is reflecting the light, so we know you have panties on,'” Stone wrote in an excerpt published by Vanity Fair .
“Yes, there have been many points of view on this topic, but since I’m the one with the vagina, in question, let me say: The other points of view are bulls**t… It was me and my parts up there.”
Sharon Stone slapped director Paul Verhoeven across the face after the viewing before calling her lawyer Marty Singer in her car.

Singer argued that the scene had been illegally made, according to Screen Actors Guild rules.
“I let Paul know of the options Marty had laid out for me. Of course, he vehemently denied that I had any choices at all. I was just an actress, just a woman; what choice could I have?”
Sharon Stone continued: “But I did have choices. So I thought and thought and I chose to allow this scene in the film. Why? Because it was correct for the film and for the character; and because, after all, I did it.”
The actress described her Basic Instinct role as “by far the most stretching” that she has ever done “in terms of considering the dark side of myself”.
“It was terrifying. I had walked in my sleep three times during production, twice waking fully dressed in my car in my garage. I had hideous nightmares.”
