Sharing Warehouse Information in the EC
Marina Saguinian (EA), Narbeh Nahapetian (YEAM)The YEA Manufacturing has developed and deployed a sophisticated warehouse management system for electronics components. Now, electronics components can be identified and pulled out at a moment’s notice. The system can also track the movement of the components from the warehouse to engineering to production and on to the customer.
It currently has 3,000 different types of components with a total of 190,000 pieces.
Any company in the EC may have access to the warehouse information and may acquire any of the components if available.
