ShapeShift OS changelog (don't look at the date of first writing)

Device Changelog:

- Switched to new trees for Android R (thanks to @Marco03),

- Because of switching trees, probably WFD is fixed! (needs testing, i can't test it sorry),

- Switched to AOSP Bluetooth (I was fighting with QTI Bluetooth for a week and i lost xD),

- Added Maintainer info to ShapeShifter (three dots button -> About ShapeShiftOS),

- SELinux status in settings is now hidden,

- Added GCamGo, but still i recommend using burial GCam from my group (#gcam-oss note),

- Reworked DC Dimming (By @Laker87),

- Switched to PlayGround kernel (by Vantom) with 4.14.214-rc1 version and fixed battery drain,
- Updated Pixel 4a fingerprint to January one,
- Fixed CACert log spam (thx to @ArianK16a and @Marco03),
- Added KCAL Polish translations,
- Updated GPS Configurations from MIUI Chinese Beta 20.12.28 version,
- Increased headphones echo reference channels,
- Added FOD Animations support.

P.S: this isn't have Pixel Launcher i don't know why, and fixed recents (private fix).
