- 18.07 – check-in at Beijing Ziyu Hotel.
- 19.07 – train to Shaolin
- 20.07–03.08 – retreat
- 4.08 – train to Beijing
- 5-6.08 – free time in Beijing
- 7.08 – check-out from the hotel

- 10.08 – transfer from Zhengzhou to Dharma Hotel
- 11.08–01.09 – retreat
- 02.09 – check-out from the hotel

Registration for the retreat
For registration send the following information to the organizer:
- Scan (photo) of your passport. Buy tickets only for the passport with which you will travel, its validity period must be at least 6 months from the date of submitting documents for a visa.
- Which group are you registering for, the First or the Second (the second is for personal students only).
- The option of staying at the hotel is single or double. A double room is included in the price of the retreat, a surcharge will be required for a single room, its size will be announced later. For double occupancy, you can specify the neighbor you want to live with.

- ❓ What is the maximum number of participants planned for each group? ⚪️ At the moment, we have no restrictions on the number of participants.
- ❓ Is it possible to sign up for two retreat? ⚪️ Yes, personal students can participate in the retreat for both groups.
- ❓ Is it possible to become a personal student at the First retreat and then stay for the Second retreat? ⚪️ Yes, at the First retreat, the Master will accept Personal students, the cost of entry is 2000 euros, the conditions of entry https://www.zyq108.com/community/lichnye-ucheniki. After becoming a personal student, you can stay for a Second retreat.
- ❓ What time is the transfer from Zhengzhou? ⚪️ We will be met by buses at both the airport and the Zhengzhou East railway station, around at midday. The exact time will be announced closer to the start of the retreat.
- ❓ Which messenger will be used for coordination in China? ⚪️ The information will be in WhatsApp group to which you were added during registration. In order for WhatsApp to work, you will need the Internet and VPN. Free and slow internet will be available at the Dharma Hotel.
- ❓ How to pay in China? ⚪️ To pay for participation in the retreat and for all other expenses, take cash dollars, euro or yuan. It will be possible to exchange dollars and euros at the organizers, at the current exchange rate of the Bank of China.
Visa
A visa is required to travel to China for a retreat: a tourist visa for 30 days (if you are going to a retreat of one group), or a business visa for 60 days (if you plan to attend a retreat of both groups).
If you plan to apply for a visa yourself, we can request a personal invitation and hotel reservation from the Wushu sports school in Shaolin. They usually send these documents after formation not quickly, with some delay.
