Getting lost in Sham Shui Po, I took a wrong turn and there I was in the middle of the chaos…starting with red meat. Check out that knife! I actually watched a lady point to the fish she wanted, and then the man threw the fish up on the table still flapping. The next part was terrible as I watched them smack the fish to get it to stop moving in the baggie. This is when I quickly walked away and made a rush to the metro. More of the animal than we are used to seeing…what did you have for dinner? Did you ever go? I just went to my local fish market and paid a fortune for some fresh cod that had already been cut up. I remember picking out my fish in KL and having them cut it up for me for a song. I miss those days. Love your pictures. Wish I was still out there traveling and seeing all the wonderful places in Malaysia. I loved HK and wish I could go back. These photos are stunning, thank you so much for sharing.
