If you decide to continue with this and include a messy version, could you also add bones to create a saggy diaper for messing/wetting?
How about a messy version? or maybe a wet and messed version! Also, do you have any links to anything done with this/any test screenshots?
just wondering Could you do a higher poly version for sfm? cause the high amount of polygons and vertices would be good for doing flexes with
A revamp of the model is in progress, just trying to find some time to do it. It will have bones that you can play around with to fit your model and do changes and what not.

Grab the 'Easy Bodygroups' tool from the Gmod workshop and use it to change the bodygroup of the diaper from 0 to 1. This should make it a wet model.
thanks. I managed to figure it out already, though. But I appreciate the reply anyways.
I have quite the problem, the diaper models have missing textures. All the files are correctly installed. I'm left with black and purple textures and this error: MDLCache: usermade/pony_diaper_v2_plain/pony_diaper_v2_plain.mdl needs to be recompiled Requesting texture value from var "$basetexture" which is not a texture value (material: pp/copy) Any ideas?
Hey diaperand, I've downloaded your SFM models and putted them into Gmod and this is the only thing that has physics, but everything else the crib the pacifier is just an effect model, is there any reason for that?
All the models were originally made for SFM. Only the diaper got a special treatment with a physics model.
If you can would it be okay if you can add physics to the crib and pacifier and make them bodygroupable? If you can thanks
