“I APOLOGIZE to myself! I bought a new swimsuit and tried it on last night, then proceeded to Drag Myself😩- pointing out every “flaw”, every bump, lump, scar, ripple & stretch mark,” she wrote on a slideshow of herself looking FIERCE in a black one-piece that says “if lost: please return me to my squad.”
Luckily she turned that negative thinking around! “Then I heard my sisters voice @kstew222 in my head say “watch what you say about MY sister”….then I remembered that my body will hear everything my mind thinks about it…. then I thought about my dear sister friend @daniebb3 and how she celebrates her chocolaty thickness ( she’s so fine!)😘…then I changed my conversation with myself.”
“These hips caught two husbands (and a few boos) 😏, my thighs touch but I gained weight having good food with great people👅. I see my c-section scar peeking out (thank you @thekatvond for putting a tattoo over it) but it’s a reminder that I brought 3 beautiful children into the world 👶🏽 I allowed my stretch marks to whisper ” you are a grown ass women who has survived a few thangs & STRETCHED in ways you never thought you could” My mom always said “They don’t teach “kind” in school, you gotta learn that on your own.” Loving your body can be a roller coaster ride ESPECIALLY WITHOUT A FILTER! but… With all that said I purpose to be kinder to myself today then I was yesterday…. tomorrow i’ma try to keep the it going “I love you Niecy.” ❤❤❤❤❤.” We love it!

Niecy Nash is not letting the coronavirus pandemic get in the way of her birthday celebration.
The Claws actress traveled to Mexico for her 51st birthday and showed off her curves in a revealing rainbow-hued bikini on her Instagram account on Tuesday.
'Sliding into my bday like... catch the rainbow 2/23,' she captioned the sizzling snap. Her wife Jessica Betts added, 'Happy Birthday to my Beautiful wife. I love you! You are the Betts thing that ever happened to me ❤️.'

Niecy glistened in the Mexico sun, clad in the triangle-shaped top and a curve-hugging skirt.

* Niecy Nash is not only celebrating her 50th birthday and living her best life, but homegirl is taking it a step further and “living my blessed life,” she says.
And to celebrate how good things are going for the actress, who’s currently filming the 4th and final season of TNT’s his how “Claws,” Nash and PEOPLE hooked up to showcase her 50th birthday with a semi-nude photoshoot. Why? Well, why not? After all, she just went through a difficult transition.
“I was coming up on my 50th trip around the sun, and I was like, ‘We need to document this. I want to take some pictures and really cement this occasion,’” says Nash.
The actress says the photo-shoot served as an expression of how she is feeling these days. Which, from what we can tell, is pretty damn good.

“I have never been better in my life,” she says. “There is something about knowing exactly who you are and curating a life that brings you joy every.
It’s been four months since Nash and her husband of eight years Jay Tucker, 53, announced on Instagram that they were ending their marriage last October, writing that they “are better friends than partners in marriage.”
While Nash, who was married once before, admits that the internet backlash she received from some followers, fans of their marriage and even her own family members was tough to deal with, she and her ex are in a great space and she’s happy to be where she is now.
“I felt I was becoming for a while,” she says, “and now the things that I was becoming, have manifest. I’m out of the cocoon. I’ve got my wings.”
The article goes on to note that Madame Nash’s newfound peace is about much more than her recent split. As a child she witnessed her mother get shot and lost her only brother to gun violence. She also dealt with a painful split from her first husband Pastor Don Nash, the father of her three children, Dia, 20, Donielle, 25, and son Dominic, 28.
She credits therapy (“I think it’s a gift we don’t give ourselves enough”) with getting her to where she is today.
“I’m not reborn because I got divorced. I’m reborn because I met myself at a different space and I unpacked all of my childhood trauma, all of the things that had gone unaddressed or unnoticed and decided to live my life in a different way.”
