Edit: I fixed the giant bobble head issue, but they still have argonian hands and feet
Ok, I'm pretty sure it has to be some issue with Race Compatiblity (I've reinstalled it twice now, and played around with where it and the followers are loaded) but almost all of them come out looking like this . Anyone have any ideas where I've screwed up? My load order is:

After reading that load order I think I need a shower.
I have the same problem with the Argonian hands and feet on some of my followers. I have looked everywhere for an answer and can not find any help... :(

If they were the cool kind of monsters, I'd be all for it. But these look like rejects from a demonic doll factory. No tentacles or anything even :(
What...In the fuck? I never thought id actually see someone who feeds into these kinda terrible mods openly share it. Walk out side, meet a real woman and go from there. Put your mods and sock down for a while dude.

After adding some mods and being able to problem solve some issues I now have an issue with all the people in Skyrim stadnign still (frozen). Yuo can talk to them and they reply but they don't move.
Exception to this is my character and my followers who move and talk like normal.
Anyone have an idea how to fix this?

are they standing in a specific stance? are you sure it is affecting every NPC? (as in you checked several towns) can i have your load order?
They stand arms out stretched in like half T. Yes, it is all over the map - all people are standing in same pose.

Are you certain none of those mods require any of the DLC? I assume you'd have checked but still. Other than that all I can think of is a conflict maybe but I haven't used most of those mods so I can't tell? This might help though.
Thank you, installing the Re-animate made people move again. I also uninstalled a few mods (SexLab and ZazAnimation Pack) and installed the Re-animate. Once it worked I re-installed the two mods in uninstalled before but it was the same again. It's working now but without those two mods.
Seems I still have some issues with communicating with some NPC's in a quest though. I can not talk to them but they talk to me.
Glad it worked, sounds like something is wrong still, my guess is something in there conflicts or isn't installed correctly. As for the quest, maybe try a new game and try to skip to it to test if it works. I feel I should point out that it was Fore (Author of FNIS) who told me about that little mod btw, helped me with an issue I was having that was similar but I'd say it's only a temporary fix and that you should still have a root around to find which mod is causing the issues. Unless everything works ok without Re-animate now you've removed those two mods you mentioned?
