A woman has lost her license after causing a car crash by performing a sex act on a driver.
Lela Jane Josephs, 34, appeared in Whanganui District Court in New Zealand on Thursday on charges of dangerous driving and perverting the course of justice.
She wasn't driving but was still charged after being accused of the risqué behaviour on driver Andre Teka in the lead up to the crash.
A judge told Josephs: 'You contributed to him losing control of the car and crashing through a farm fence.'

Joesphs admitted to the two offences while separate charges including driving while disqualified and drink driving were dismissed.
She was ultimately sentenced to three and a half months in prison.
However, the judge commuted the sentence to 40 hours of community work and 12 months of intensive supervision.
Additionally, Josephs lost her license and was fined NZ $750 (AUD $670) and ordered to pay NZ $162.50 (AUD $145) for damaging the fence.
Just before midnight on June 27 last year following the crash, Josephs was found in the passenger seat with Andre Teka driving the car.

Teka fled the scene before police arrived. Then, neighbours contacted them over Josephs, who had been left behind.
They claimed she was intoxicated and asked them for help in an 'abusive manner'.
Cops found that Joseph had consumed 786 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath, well over the the legal limit in New Zealand of 250mcg.
The woman also gave authorities a false name and informed them that she was not the one driving.

Leah Messer and Jaylan Mobley have split, two months after getting engaged.
The Teen Mom star, 30, and her 26-year-old fiancé announced the shock news in separate Instagram posts as they expressed gratitude for the good times they had shared.
'While the last year has been tremendously exciting for both of us, we’ve realized that it’s best we walk separate paths,' they said.
'We are so grateful for the lessons, growth, and memories we’ve had in this relationship. So many of you have watched our love story unfold, and we hope that you’ll continue to watch our stories while we move forward as friends.'

They ended their statement by saying, 'We will forever have love and respect for each other, and we ask for privacy as we refocus and transition out of this chapter together.'
The pair announced their engagement in a Instagram post in August.
Mobley proposed on the beach writing, 'Two souls, one heart. It's official' in the caption.

'I can’t even express how I’m feeling,' Jaylan told People at the time. 'I wanted this moment to be the perfect moment for her.'
Messer was previously married to Jeremy Calvert from 2012 to 2015 and to Corey Simms from 2010 to 2011.
She has two daughters, 12-year-old twins Aliannah and Aleeah, with Sims and another daughter, nine-year-old Adalynn, with Calvert.
Messer told People after her engagement that her daughters look up to Mobley. She said they see him as 'another father figure in their lives.'

She currently stars in Teen Mom: The Next Chapter which is in its first season. The show premiered on September 6.
