With MAFS season 14 halfway through, fans are wondering which past featured couples are still together. Here's who is still married in 2022.
With Married At Fight Sight season 14 halfway through, fans are itching to see which of their favorite couples are still together. Based on the Danish series Gift Ved Første Blik ( "Married At First Sight" ), the American version has held high ratings since season 1's debut in 2014. Paired up by expert matchmakers , individuals who apply for MAFS get married to their chosen partner upon meeting. After spending the night together, cameras follow the seasons' newlyweds as they get to know each other — and adjust to being partners. On what is called "Decision Day," each couple decides whether they want to stay married or get divorced.
MAFS may be entertaining, but the show doesn't boast a high success rate; out of the 49 couples matched between seasons 1 and 13, only half of them made it past Decision Day. Some couples, like Heather Seidel and Derek Schwartz from season 4, choose to split before Decision Day. Others like season 10's Taylor Dunklin and Brandon Reid have actually had their union annulled. While most MAFS matches don't last, the show's success has spawned several spin-offs, such as Married at First Sight: The First Year , Married at First Sight: Happily Ever After , and Married at First Sight: Couples' Cam .
While viewers are quick to pick out their favorite and least favorite couples, it's hard to predict which duos will stand the test of time and which ones will throw in the towel. MAFS season 14, which began airing in early January, has been one of the most dramatic yet. Set in Boston, the five couples — Lindsey & Mark, Noi & Steve, Katina & Olajuwon, Jasmina & Michael, and Alyssa & Chris — have been some of the least positively received matches by fans. With Decision Day just weeks away , speculation as to who remains married continues to grow by the day. With a total of zero couples still married for MAFS season 13, only 12 couples across the series are still together as of March 2022. Here are seven duos that are still Mr. and Mrs.
Before meeting Doug, Jamie was a contestant on The Bachelor season 16 and was eliminated by Ben Flajnik during week 6, which the experts of MAFS season 1 were initially skeptical of. In the end, viewers considered Jamie and Doug not just a good match but fan favorites. . The couple were officially married in March 2014 and have dedicated their lives to their growing family since. Jamie and Doug have two children: Henley, four, and Hendrix, who is almost two. Both are active on Instagram, especially Jamie, who continuously updates fans about their life. On March 16, Jamie revealed that the family is looking to find a "forever home" in Sarasota, Florida; they are also planning to travel across the United States starting April 1.
Karen and Miles were an unexpected match on MAFS , and many believed that they wouldn't make it past Decision Day. The two lacked intimacy, particularly from Karen, but Miles later admitted that he almost said "no" at the time. However, he ultimately changed his mind. While fans were convinced that Karen and Miles parted ways after staying relatively silent throughout 2021, this couple is indeed still married. Recent individual photos of Miles and Karen on Instagram show the pair still wearing their wedding rings. In February 2022, Karen also posted a clip of the two discussing dependency in marriage on Black Love, a documentary series hosted on OWN.
Ashley and Anthony felt an instant connection when they met — and married — in August 2016. The couple easily decided to remain married on Decision Day, and things have been smooth sailing for them since. Like Jamie and Doug, Ashley and Anthony have two children: Mila, three, and Vaeda, who was born in February 2021. Besides appearing on Married At First Sight: Happily Ever After , Ashley frequently posts pictures and videos of her husband and children . Last month, the 34-year-old uploaded an Instagram reel of their relationship, saying, "Our marriage hasn't always been easy and it's definitely not perfect, but our little family is everything I've always dreamed of and I wouldn't change a thing." 
Out of the 50-or-so couples matched on MAFS , Danielle and Bobby are considered one of the most compatible by fans. Unlike most of the other duos, these two were never captured arguing leading up to Decision Day. Viewers especially applauded Bobby's easygoing attitude after Danielle revealed she was $15,000 in credit card debt. Married in 2018, the Dodds are still happily together with two children: Olivia, three, and Bobby IV, born in December 2020. Danielle and Bobby are both active on social media, with the family recently celebrating Bobby's birthday on February 26.
Amani and Woody were one of the better-matched couples on MAFS season 11. Viewers had more faith in their relationship than Karen and Miles — interestingly, Woody and Miles are actually friends who applied on the show together. With natural chemistry established at the altar, these two easily said yes on Decision Day after being forced to quarantine together halfway through filming due to COVID-19. On February 15, which marked their two-year anniversary, the couple announced that they were expecting their first child in June. In the meantime, Amani has continued updating fans on their lives, recently reporting that the expecting parents are house hunting.
Kristine and Keith were fan favorites of MAFS season 8 , and viewers were impressed to see the two overcome initial doubts and obstacles to enjoy marriage beyond Decision Day. Kristine was seen worrying if Keith was mature enough to handle the level of commitment she wanted, although Keith's father failing to meet Kristine ended up bringing the couple closer together. Since saying "I do" in 2019, Kristine and Keith have been busy working on several endeavors together, such as exploring their relationship on MAFS: Couples Cam . Celebrating their third anniversary last November, the duo recently co-wrote an article for People detailing the couples of MAFS season 14.
As one of two couples still together from MAFS season 9 — the other being Deonna McNeill and Gregory Okotie — Elizabeth and Jamie are known for being another unexpected match. While the duo felt a connection after meeting in North Carolina, their intense fights on the show surprised viewers, with many believing they would walk away on Decision Day. Despite their drama, Elizabeth and Jamie remained committed to each other and their marriage. After the show, the couple moved to Santa Barbara, California, and caught COVID-19 in August 2020. However, they later revealed that the pandemic actually brought them closer together. Nowadays, Elizabeth and Jamie continue to update MAFS fans on their life on social media, with the couple recently enjoying a vacation in Costa Rica.

From sexy bedroom tasks to deepening connections
Married At First Sight expert and clinical sexologist Alessandra Rampolla is ready to ramp up the chemistry between the participants this season.
"I really made a point of trying to have it come across how important I think sexuality is within the context of a long-term committed relationship and for that relationship to be healthy and thriving," she told 9Entertainment.
It's time for Intimacy Week and Alessandra has a few tasks up her sleeves for the couples to enjoy. Throughout the week they will participate in activities to open their minds to find connection and romance with their partner, with a lot of the action happening in the bedroom.

Selin and Anthony have officially moved in together for the first time in the experiment and it seems like they're growing closer.
Intimacy Week is working for the couple, who seem to have turned a corner in their relationship.
Selin decided to spice things up and strip Anthony down to his undies for her own activity — a spray tan.
"I haven't seen a guy in his undies for a very long time," she told the camera.
While Anthony was a little bit "embarrassed" at the thought of his mum watching, he felt like the pair bonded over the activity.
"We're getting along great… It's so nice to have a bit of a laugh and see a different side of Selin," Anthony said.
Alessandra noticed Domenica was struggling with feeling wanted by Jack and decided to send them off to try out pole dancing.
Jack had no problems getting on the pole, which surprised Domenica, but when it came time for her to show off her moves she really got into it.
She put on her gold heels and swung around the pole in a movement that Jack described as "goddamn hot".
"I was trying to pick up my jaw from the ground… I definitely do desire her right now," he told the camera.
The trick worked for Domenica who finally felt desired by Jack.
"It was really empowering actually and to have him cheering me on, and being actually amazed by what I was doing, felt really nice," she said.
After a rollercoaster week for Selina and Cody, Alessandra came to the rescue.
She didn't come empty-handed either and arrived with a big box filled with sexy goodies for the couple.
Alessandra also sat down with the couple to help them work through their issues.
"If you keep your guard up, then you can't connect," she said.
It left Selina trying to work out if she could leave Cody's prior comments in the past.
Selina took Alessandra's advice on board and used her skills to share an intimate experience with Cody — a haircut.
While it was a baby step, the pair seemed to be moving forward.
"It was actually a bit of a turn-on to see her take control of the situation like that," Cody told the camera.
"We're back to being cheerful, we're back to having a laugh together so I'm glad we did it."
Despite struggling with attraction issues early on, Selina and Cody were tasked with a five-minute make-out session.
After an "awkward" start and worries of "too much saliva", the pair stopped overthinking the situation and found a good rhythm.
"I feel like this challenge has really helped us build more intimacy… I feel like I'm his woman, not his friend," Selina said excitedly after the task.
Some of Alessandra's tasks are designed to spice things up in the bedroom, which seemed to work for Ella and Mitch.
The couple were gifted a box full of toys and it didn't take them long to start experimenting.
"I'm normally the dominant one," Mitch said while laying blindfolded and handcuffed on the bed.
"We're just trying new things… spicing the dish up a bit."
Ella was more than happy to take charge for the task.
Mitch squirmed as Ella tested out a vibrator on his chest.
But being intimate with your partner isn't just about sex, which was clear over at Samantha and Al's place.
Their first task was to gaze into each other's eyes for three minutes.
Al was excited for it and saw it as a way for them to "grow closer", but Sam found it daunting because she's found it hard to get past the superficial layer of their relationship with him.
"I've struggled to build that deeper connection with Al... but looking into his eyes and seeing Al vulnerable, it's really nice," she told the camera.
It seemed like Alessandra's task paid off for the couple and it led to them growing closer in a few ways.
"This is a very simple task and I still got a kiss," Al beamed afterwards.
But it wasn't long before the couple hit another roadblock.
Samantha was left confused after Al failed to "pick up on her cues", although he was oblivious to it.
When they got their next task — a five-minute make-out session — Al was keen to get into it, but Sam refused to do it. She was frustrated that he couldn't pick up on her signals and literally had to be told to kiss her.
In the end they decided to kiss for 30 seconds in a shortened version of the task.
"Friends don't kiss like that. We are a couple now," Al proudly said afterwards.
It's no surprise Olivia and Jackson were excited to deepen their connection during Intimacy Week, or as she put it, "sex week".
They were tasked to share a 'melting hug', where they hold each other for a three-minute hug and melt into each other.
"I haven't been in a relationship that's been this physical," Olivia admitted.
"It's completely different to anything I've ever experienced."

Married at First Sight fans are eagerly watching season 15, which has aired two episodes so far, and it's time to talk about why expert Dr. Viviana Coles will not be returning for this season. Viewers noticed that Viviana, a staple of the show since season 9, is no longer a part of the series. Fans are curious about why she decided to depart, and want to know what she will do next.
Viviana entered the series as an expert in season 9, replacing former expert Dr. Jessica Griffin, who famously left the show after getting engaged to former contestant Jonathan Francetic from season 6 . However, she claimed that her relationship had nothing to do with her leaving the series. The author, mom, and relationship/sex therapist has got a lot going on in her life. She enjoyed being on the show, and fans loved her due to her kind attitude and straightforward advice. The show's duos were navigating the difficult situation of being Married at First Sight , and she helped them. Fans will miss her presence on the show, but look forward to learning more about her life after MAFS .
Following the three-hour season 15 premiere on Wednesday, July 6, fans took to social media to discuss the new Married at First Sight episode . One thing that people immediately noticed was the absence of Viviana. It seems as though she is leaving the show on good terms with production and fellow experts, without any hard feelings. She expressed gratitude for her time on the show. and wholeheartedly believes in the MAFS process. However, she is currently on tour, promoting her new book, The 4 Intimacy Styles: The Key to Lasting Physical Intimacy , which was published on May 14, 2021. With MAFS ' Viviana's own private practice as a sex and relationship therapist, as well as her demanding schedule as an author (she's promoting her book on several podcasts, and attending readings and book signings), she doesn't appear to have time in her busy schedule to commit to filming MAFS .
She will be leaving behind original expert Dr. Pepper Schwartz, who has been on the show since season 1, and pastor Cal Roberts, who has been on the show since season 4. Following her absence, the series welcomes new experts Dr. Pia Holec (a sex and couples therapist), and DeVon Franklin (who is a Hollywood producer , pastor, and motivational speaker). Fans responded to the news with a mix of disappointment that that she will no longer be featured on the show and excitement over her next steps. She made it clear that her mission of helping others to find success in their relationships continues.
It seems like she is ready to bring her energy beyond the Married at First Sight couples, in order to help more individuals and couples around the world. Through her book, therapist duties, partnership with various health and wellness projects, and large social media following, she makes a difference.
