I don't see anything... Any opinions?
The game is fine I guess. It's not horrible. It's not spectacular. It's just average. The game play is nothing new with statistic grinding and needing to make money to buy things to progress the game. I did enjoy the sequence puzzles at the weekend parties, where you have to pick the right events in the right sequences to unlock achievements. More interactions with different characters would have been nice, especially the teachers and students at the university and people at the parties. The protagonist confused me. She was supposed to be an introverted geek who never went out but also an extroverted bisexual dominatrix who almost immediately blackmails her roommate for sexual favors at the same time? It seems to me like there should have been a progression from bookworm to party girl in the game. I think what would have made it better is if your character started off as introverted and shy. You agree to help your party girl roommate do well on her mid term exam which she does. She then proceeds to take you to see her friend that works at the salon for an ugly duckling to beautiful swan makeover taken right out of an 80's John Hughes movie. She also takes you out to a rave with one of her friends on the weekend. The game could have centered around some kind of confidence mechanic, where she needs to reach a certain level of confidence to progress in the game. There could also be a skill building mechanic for things like dancing, socializing, sex, and other things (much like the three star mechanic already used in the game for progression of skills). So being a good dancer allows you to meet someone on the dance floor, socializing will allow you to meet someone at the bar, and so on and so forth. From here you can choose to interact with different people at the club, where she could eventually become predator or prey. She could go on the dance floor and find out she can't dance (then during the week ask her roommate to help her out for a minor Dirty Dancing plot line). She could meet a shady photographer who convinces her to be more and more of an exhibitionist (and takes her back to his studio, then perhaps end up in an escort type plot line). Meet up with a dominatrix who teaches her "the ropes" for the dominatrix ending. At school she could also have a geeky friend who will notice her changes (which could be a romance option where she could start taking her friend to the parties and "corrupt" her as well). There could also be a teacher she has a crush on and will eventually get the confidence to seduce (or allow to be seduced by). She could eventually work up to blackmailing her roommate for sexual favors in order to help her pass the final exam. The point would be to have your character build up the confidence to do these things on her own initiative rather than have most of the major events of the game just kind of happen to her when she triggers the right sequence of events. If you want to be extra cruel you could have her Skype with her high school boyfriend (who attends a different university) every Sunday (the night after she goes out partying). Since she was always a good girl they of course agreed to not have sex before marriage (which they plan to do after they graduate). Then you could have her either lie to him or use him as incentive to try for the "good girl" ending which would be an option.

The premise is definitely not believable. I'd argue that it goes even further than that. Lina is bisexual. I don't think Vivian knew about that when she moved in. How would a girl feel if she moved in with a heterosexual guy? I don't think she would like that. But move in with a lesbian or with a bisexual girl and everything's fine? The blackmail (sex for tutoring) is also a major turn off. I mean, seriously, if it was a guy offering, he would get laughed at and probably arrested for that. But if it's a girl, it's suddenly okay? Ok, so a girl can't have penetrative sex with another girl (without the use of toys). Would you agree for a guy to finger your girlfriend or give her oral sex? Why would you agree for a girl to do that? Not only that, but think about what favors Vivian agrees to as a price. The lengths she goes to -- totally unbelievable. And once Lina and Vivian start falling for each other, why does having sex require favor points? And the final matter: There was opportunity to make the game more tricky by adding a motivation factor for Vivian. At the beginning, she only needs 3 intelligence points to pass. Why would she agree to tutoring beyond, say, 6? She must realize how much material there is to cover, but unless she understands why it's important to keep up the pace (it's mentioned in the third star for comprehensive teaching, IIRC) and study for the future, there's no motivation for her. I mean, when you start, Vivian should become bored quickly, and she should realize that once she studied enough (say, twice the level required to pass, but +10 minimum so you don't flunk because of the night out partying right before the exam, or maybe you'd get a free pass for the first one or two exams to prevent intelligence loss), she doesn't care for learning anymore. And only once you achieve the third star for a given tutoring category is when you can convince her to study despite already being at a level high enough to pass. -- Oh, and once again, we're in this subforum: All sexy games You found a free sexy game on the Web, share it with the buddies Roommates is hardly free. The usual fare - lot of repetition, but nothing you shouldn't expect My biggest criticism is that I find it very annoying when the narrative has such glaring logical errors... Massage her with oil or catch her touching herself in the toilet and she allows all kinds of intimacy.. but right after that it's just as if nothing happened, she's even shy about letting you see her with her top off.. Makes no sense at all..

People, please get back on topic or I will lock this thread and delete it, and I will start handing out warnings for abuse to all users involved. This kind of behaviour IS NOT tolerated. Period. The game, what I played, is okay. Not too bad, yet feels like something is missing. It is kind of a grind fest game (like usual) , animations are pretty decent though, and a tad harder to achieve all endings in my opinion.
In your opinion, is the new roommates game worth getting a membership in Sex and Glory? It seems to be mostly lesbian encounters and you play as a girl, right?

Thanks for the info. It's not exactly up my alley but is up a friend's alleyway! She's bisexual she may like the game.

“Roommates” is a game where the player, in the role of Lina Carrasco, slowly tries to subdue her haughty roommate and turn her into a pliant girlfriend—and, mostly, to get some payback for a year-long enactment of Roommate-from-Hell. To do so, she has to help Vivian study for her courses; the more successful Lina is in teaching Vivian, the more reliant on her she becomes and the greater Lina’s authority grows.
You’re a young and sexy student, so don’t forget about parties—events Vivian goes off to and, once their goodwill improves, can bring Lina to (if her wardrobe is up to par). During these events you may perform crazy actions, and some of them can chain into combos that result in brand new alluring events. Going to a party will lower Vivian’s intelligence and will leave her unable to learn anything for a full day due to her hangover, but it will improve her mood and her affection—as long as they go together.
The girls are living together in their room and with time, as their bonds grow stronger, you may unlock erotic actions called “sexual favors”. At the beginning, these interactions are barely erotic, but with time you’ll unlock ever more daring events. Combine them with a variety of toys for sale and you’ll get some of the most erotic lesbian scenes you’ve ever seen in our games.
