Europe and America are very different. Over there, they have several weeks of vacation every year and great socialized healthcare. We have lenient gun laws and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. But regardless of which side of the Atlantic we live on, we can all agree on one thing: we love to fuck.
A new study from DrEd.com, found on BroBible, does a deep dive on various preferences of Europeans and Americans when we facciamo sesso or avons le sexe or, in layman’s terms, go to pound town. They tracked the sexual habits of 500 Americans and 500 Europeans from Belgium, the United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Germany, and Austria.
Take, for example, sexual positions. The majority of Europeans, 29.4%, rank missionary as their favorite position. Americans, meanwhile, are partial to doggy style, with their 30.3% putting it in their top spot. When men and women are separately surveyed, regardless of their continent of origin, they stats switch up a bit. 28.1% of men in Europe and America prefer doggy style, while 36.3% of women would prefer to stick with missionary.
In terms of contraception, European men, American men, and American women all agree that condoms are their favorite method. European woman support the pill instead. European women and American women both are into role play as their top fetish, while European men list “none” (tres boring...or repressed). American men’s favorite fetish? “Other.” Dang.
In sex, as in real estate, location matters. American men, American women, and European women say that a bed is their favorite place to get down, while European men would rather be making sweet love on a beach. Oh, Fabrizio! Your total lack of concern about how much sand gets into my vagina is so romantic!
In more predictable news, when asked about their favorite body part, European women answered “stomach,” while American women said “head/face.” Surprising absolutely no one, European men and American men both answered “penis.” Go ahead and see if you can high-five across the Atlantic about that one, guys.

After watching the English film Cashback yesterday I remembered how much of a different light sex is looked at by Europeans. The film had tons of nudity in it and really portrayed how beautiful the female body is. It was great to see a movie that used nudity in a constructive way and not just for shock value. The movie is an emotional roller coaster and I recommend it to anyone who likes art.
