Amanda Scheetz is now banned from unsupervised contact with any child aged under 17
A SCHOOL nurse who admitted having sex with an underage schoolboy in a parking lot has escaped a jail sentence after she confessed to seducing him.
Amanda Scheetz, 32, had sex with the 15-year-old teenager in the vehicle outside a local hospital and continued to contact him afterwards, a court heard.
Scheetz was a nurse at a school in Missouri, USA, where the pupil was studying.
She pleaded guilty to statutory rape during a hearing in December and resigned from her position when the allegations concerning sex outside Cox's Hospital in Springfield surfaced around two years ago.

On Friday, she was sentenced to five years probation by Greene County Circuit Judge Calvin Holden.
While the offence carries a maximum seven-year sentence, she avoided prison because she confessed to the crime, reports the local News-Leader website.
Her lawyer Nancy Price told the judge: "She is incredibly sorry and remorseful and will be for the rest of her life.
"She feels terrible she betrayed the trust of the victim and the community.
"She is never going to do anything like this again."
Scheetz, who must now register as a sex offender, is not allowed unsupervised contact with any child aged under 17, except her own children.
A married teacher Emily Lofing in Nebraska quit in disgrace after she was accused of fixing a sex tryst with a 16-year-old pupil, while a school tennis coach Katherine Harper had sex multiple times with a 15-year-old boy in Texas.
Californian cookery teacher Tara Stumph, 36, admitted having sex with a 16-year-old pupil after class, while a "sex-crazed" teacher Brianne Altice in Utah was jailed for romping with three students.
