The same can be said in other scenarios such as flight delays a default compensation is given depending on delay or missed flights. Second having a customer purchase another insurance on lost baggage should be included in the insurance package in the first place. Why do customers need to purchase more insurance? Its just common sense that lost baggage, flight, and baggage delays can happen during travel. It really sucks thinking a company like Seven Corners should give customers a peace of mind especially after going thru problems as we travel. Seven Corners should make it easier and giving customers a sense of assurance. By doing so it can improve customers trust in the company. Not only that, they denied our claim without giving a reason. They tried so hard to get away from the situation, I think their intention is to fool you and steal your time until you finally give up and decide to pay your bills on your own.
