Main Responsibilities:
* Designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions using AI.
* Developing integration frameworks to connect ServiceNow with external platforms.
* Collaborating with architects and teams to ensure adherence to best practices.
* Contributing to technical documentation and development standards.
* Maintaining data quality and managing risks associated with data issues.
* Supporting the evolution and reliability of ServiceNow's AI capabilities.
* Gathering and prioritizing requirements from business stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
* Over 6 years of experience in IT with a software development background.
* 2+ years of hands-on development in ServiceNow.
* Proficiency in JavaScript and code optimization in structured IDEs.
* Experience with AI-powered coding tools.
* Familiarity with LLM integration patterns.
* Strong technical writing skills.
* Experience with SAFe and ITIL methodologies.
* Exceptional communication skills in English.
