Overview:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement/Project Manager to lead, plan and deliver ServiceNow projects across the business.
What will you be doing:
* Lead multiple ServiceNow projects with clients, including ITSM, CSM and other modules within the platform
* Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders internally, and externally with clients
* Monitor the project schedule, backlog, risks/issues, budgets/finance and progress
* Implement Agile project management methodologies and Waterfall methodologies
Experience:
* 3+ years of ServiceNow experience, leading and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow Projects within timeframes & budgets
* Strong understanding of the ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features
* Experience managing multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
