The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality applications. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.
Responsibilities
* Develop and configure applications on the ServiceNow platform.
* Build catalog items, flows, approvals, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
* Work with REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Service Portal, Employee Center, and workspaces.
* Support ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, SPM, or other ServiceNow modules depending on the project.
* Troubleshoot platform issues and improve existing configurations.
* Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
* Follow ServiceNow development, security, and platform-governance best practices.
Requirements
* Hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
* Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
* Experience with REST APIs, JSON, integrations, and data modelling.
* Understanding of ServiceNow security, ACLs, workflows, and application architecture.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Professional English and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Preferred
* ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or implementation certifications.
* Experience with ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, SPM, CSM, or HRSD.
* Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, Git, ATF, and CI/CD.
* Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or enterprise AI integrations.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
* Development experience with programming languages
* SQL database or relational database skillsLocation: Fully remote
