Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Astana. The Service Engineer will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance and repair of equipment, and providing technical support for NMR and Electron Microscopy. Additionally, the role involves traveling to customer locations to deliver field service and ensuring efficient operation of equipment. Clear and professional communication with clients and team members will be essential.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges
* Experience in performing Field Service and working directly with customers
* Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
* Proficiency in Technical Support and Maintenance & Repair of equipment
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
* Prior experience in the scientific instrumentation or technology industry is an advantage
