Job description

We are looking for a Server Infrastructure Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of servers, network systems, and IT services.

Job responsibilities

• Test the application of new technologies, protocols, systems, and interfaces used in server infrastructure equipment
• Perform hardware and software management, system creation, and monitoring of the Central Bank of Armenia’s server infrastructure
• Research new methods and tools for server systems and software maintenance, and implement new systems
• Administer and configure domain settings
• Create and manage virtual servers and monitor their operation
• Configure automated updates, activations, internet access, shared file storage, and printing/scanning systems

Required qualifications

• Higher education
• At least 3 years of experience in the field of information technologies
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems
• Proficiency in working with Windows/Linux operating systems (both servers and workstations)
• Skills in working in virtual environments
• Knowledge of converged and hyper-converged systems
• In-depth knowledge of local area networks (LAN)
• Knowledge of wide area networks (WAN)
• Knowledge of scripting
• Skills in using tools for developing scripts
• Knowledge of web technologies
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft software products
• Knowledge of English and Russian (for communication and use of professional literature)
• Fluency in Armenian
