Made an appointment for 1130. On my way to the place at 1123 received a text that someone had made an appointment online at noon. That I needed to come at 1pm or after. No, I'm almost there - can I get a 30 minute appointment? No! Went in to speak to the lady and she's busy. Wait - my appointment was still at 1130 whether or not she has a million ppl coming in a noon! Not ok! I drove 20 minutes for nothing!
