International company B2Broker is a fintech developer and provider of technologies for brokerage companies, exchanges and investment funds. Our team includes citizens of the USA, Cyprus, Venezuela, Syria, Costa Rica, Russia, Hong Kong, Great Britain, Ukraine, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.

Main technology stack: Node.JS, Golang, PHP, C# / .NET Core, SQL and NoSQL databases, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, etc.

❇️Description of the main tasks:

— Structuring requirements from the development of cost and infrastructure optimization

— Ensuring the smooth operation of the company's software, environments and services;

— Analyze and improve the performance and availability of products;

— Identification of bottlenecks in architecture and infrastructure;

— Formalization of SLI for the main business requirements;

— Formation of SLO for services and infrastructure in general;

— Consulting to SLI—based monitoring systems (Prometheus, Alert Manager, Zabbix, Grafana etc.);

- Aggregation of metrics and logs for services, as well as improvement of alerting systems and incident management;

— Error budget calculation and CI/CD optimization;

— Minimization of system recovery time (RPO and RTO);

— Development of DRP and environment testing plan by means of Chaos Engineering;

— Analysis of incidents of the selling environment;

— Capacity management.

❇️Main requirements:

— Worked as a DevOps/SRE for at least 2 years;

— Developed in one or more languages (Node.JS, Golang, PHP, C# / .NET Core) from 2 years;

— Worked with virtualization and containerization technologies (containerd, docker, k8s) for more than 2 years;

— Set up CI of varying complexity (GitlabCI) with continuous delivery to various environments;

— Experience in creating and maintaining a fault-tolerant system, with log coverage, monitoring and working alerting;

— Experience with version control systems (git);

Have an understanding of:

— Practices of building monitoring of various systems (white-box, black-box);

— Practices of preparing an alert system based on the error budget (practical alerting);

— Pros and cons of different approaches to formalizing SLI/SLO;

— Understanding of the "infrastructure as code" principle and the ability to test it (Ansible Terraform).

It will be a plus if:

— Principles of network security organization (ipsec, WAF, IPS).

— Experience in the design and evolution of architecture.
