Senior manager (Private clients)

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, Law, Taxation, or a related field
* Advanced degrees such as MBA, Masters, LLM, or professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, ADIT, or equivalent are advantageous
* Extensive knowledge of high net worth individuals’ market: needs, network, way of communication, etc
* Great understanding of personal taxation, internation and corporate taxation, legal considerations
* Over 10 years of relevant experience with private clients, preferably within professional services firm,
* Ability to understand clients’ issues and provide value and complex solutions attracting several service lines and geographies
* Strong leadership, client centricity, communication skills, organizational, project management.
* Preferably vast business acumen of professional services and family office businesses
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Fluent in English
* Proficient in computer skills
* Willingness to travel as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist partners in generating new business opportunities, building long-lasting client networks, and growing the client base in the region through marketing and business development initiatives
* Delivery of technically complex and demanding consulting projects, ensuring technical excellence and high-quality client service
* Manage client engagements, monitor progress and deliverables, implement standardized processes, and drive performance-improvement solutions
* Collaborate with other service lines, geographies, and diverse work groups to build advisory services, related opportunities, and long-term relationships
* Create, lead, retain and motivate high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture, and coaching team members to aid their development
* Manage efficiently engagement economics
