Senior Amazon Brand Manager
Holiday Traditions (On Peak Brands) · Full-time · Remote (Offshore Welcome)
Remote role with a US-based eCommerce company. We are particularly interested in candidates who can overlap part of the US business day and are comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
The Opportunity
Holiday Traditions is a personalized gift brand that has been selling for over 20 years, with a catalog of 1,500+ SKUs across Amazon and our own Shopify store.
We are looking for a senior Amazon operator to own the growth and day-to-day running of our Amazon brand, working alongside the lead who runs the channel today, with a clear path to take on more responsibility as the business scales.
This is a real ownership role with real autonomy. If you want to run an Amazon brand, drive its organic growth, and grow into broader ownership of the channel over time, this role is built for you.
What You Will Own
Organic Growth & Ranking
* Keyword research, indexation, and ranking across core and new SKUs
* Listing optimization for conversion: titles, bullets, images, A+ Content and Brand Story
* Recovering and growing organic sessions and rank across the catalog
Catalog & Listings
* Detail page integrity, variations, parentage, and flat-file management
* New SKU setup and catalog structure
* Resolving suppressions and listing issues quickly
Account Health & Operations
* Order Defect Rate (ODR), policy and IP issues, and reinstatements
* Seller Support case management
* FBA inventory execution (shipments, stranded inventory), reimbursements and claims
* Returns, buyer messaging, and review/rating monitoring
SKU Economics & Expansion
* Recommending SKU-level profitability improvements
* Supporting and executing Amazon launches for our new year-round categories (BBQ, drinkware, decanters and more)
What You Will Not Own (Yet)
Pricing, promotions, advertising (managed by our agency), and inventory buying sit with our Amazon lead today.
You will be expected to identify opportunities in these areas and make recommendations, but final decisions currently sit elsewhere.
As you grow into the role, there is a clear path to take on broader ownership of the channel.
A Note on the Catalog
Our catalog is large, with over 1,500 SKUs, but much of that consists of variations and seasonal ranges.
Success in this role is not about managing every SKU. It is about identifying and prioritizing the products, categories, and opportunities that drive the greatest commercial impact.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
* Develop a deep understanding of the catalog, customer, and account
* Audit organic performance and ranking opportunities
* Clear outstanding listing and account health issues
* Build an organic growth roadmap and prioritization system
First Year
* Restore and grow organic rank and sessions on core SKUs
* Grow Amazon revenue through organic levers
* Keep the account healthy through peak season (ODR under 1%, no unresolved listing issues)
* Successfully launch and build organic visibility for new year-round categories
